X-ray diffraction pattern reveals that the structure of the prepared sample is amorphous in nature while Fourier transform infrared spectrum showed the different vibration bands of the synthesized sample.
It contains about 13 – 29 wt. % inorganic compounds of which 87 – 97 wt. % is silica and this composition depends on the rice variety, soil chemistry, climate, geographic location/origin, crop year and quantity of fertilizer used [2].
Nevertheless, the structure of silica that can be extracted from rice husk is either crystalline or amorphous by controlled burning [7, 8] and is an advantage over other silica sources.

The combination of the CNT structure with semiconductors oxides opens up various application possibilities: water separation for hydrogen generation, degradation of pollutants in aqueous contamination and sewage treatment, photoreduction of CO2 activity in self-cleaning air purification and dyes for solar cells.
The TTP were subjected to heat treatment at 500°C for 1 hour in an electric furnace to obtain a TiO2 phase. 2.1 Characterization The nanocomposites structure was investigated by Raman spectroscopy.

nano-structured materials based on the rapid densification and suppression of grain growth has also
been indicated in the several oxide materials such as dense nano-structured anatase with highly
preferential orientation[5].
Until now, various nano-structured ceramics have been fabricated by SPS processing.
Further, we successfully fabricated the nano-structured dense alumina[8], and it was found that the nano-structured alumina with the average grain size of about 300nm was obtained in the alumina sintered from the nano-powder(TMDAR, Taimei chemistry Co.
The successful fabrication of nano-structured alumina can be easily applied to synthesize highly transparent alumina.
Further, the layer structure of SPS-consolidated FGM can be designed by stress analysis based on Raman scattering method.

However, as the reaction time reaches 4 h, the cell wall structure has a tendency to be destroyed.

Both glycine and CTAB were employed as chelating and structure directing agents, respectively.

Fracture morphology

Figure 1 shows the cryofractured phase structure of DNTP/PLA and DNTP/PLA-g-IA blends with DNTP/ PLA-g-IA or PLA ratio varying between 30:70 to 90:10 (w/w).
It has been reported that addition of PEOX improved the interfacial adhesions between SPC/PLA blends resulting to finer structure and homogeneous phase structure [9] Compatibilization showed no clear effect on 30:70 blend ratio (Figure 1. b and b’), this is believed to be due to the overwhelming effect of high PLA content in the matrix.
