Many attempts have been made for decades, so far unsuccessfully, to develop mechanical excavation systems for hard rock cutting.
Due to different material properties, the SMART*CUT picks may not be directly used on mechanical excavators.
Full-scale linear cutting test is widely accepted and a precise approach to predict the excavation performance of mechanical excavator [8-10].
Resultant angle () is another important factor determining the cutting performance of cutting tools.
Theoretically, such a bullet shape would significantly affect cutter forces.

Study of Properties of Multicomponent Heterostructures Based on AIIIBV Compounds M.L.
The purpose of this work is to study the properties of multicomponent heterostructures AlInGaPAs/GaAs, depending on the growing conditions by TGZR method.
Factors influencing the rate of growth at TGZR (temperature gradient, subcooling) determine the growth mechanism and surface morphology.

Introduction The elastic deformation machining method is suitable for machining of materials which have excellent physical properties due to a perfect crystal structure [1].
The material properties of glass are provided in Table 1.
Material properties of glass Fig. 2.
Consider evaluation index of deviation between the glass plate and the mold calculations, the factor S can be expressed as, (3) Where, andare deflection values of the mold and the glass plate for deformation.
According to the results showing effects of uniform pressure, the conclusions can be summarized as follows: (1) The different pressure affects the deformation and contact area compatibility significantly.

Introduction Full Face Rock Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) is full face excavation mechanical construction equipment used for underground engineering.
Among these, the selection of appropriate cutter spacing is the major factor governing cutting efficiency.
Numerical simulation of rock fragmentation process by two disc cutters Disc cutters, which are capable of cutting a variety of rock types with different properties, are widely used on TBM.
Table 1 shows the rock material properties.
In light of the above mentioned indentation process by two cutters, the stress field interaction of the two cutters is affected by the cutter spacing.

Beyond being a highly energetic fruit, açai has been recognized for its functional properties for use in food and nutraceutical products, due to its high antioxidant activity, which is related to its high anthocyanin and phenolic content [1].
In addition, ultrasound may also affect internal water transfer by alternating expansions and compressions waves produced in the material (‘sponge effect’).
Rehydration of dried products is an important property to characterize the quality of products that must be reconstituted before use [13].
Such results provide evidences on the damages done to the tissues structures by both ultrasound treatment and lyophilization, affecting the ability of freeze-dried açai to imbibe and bind water.
Ultrasound-induced structural disruption in the açai skin appears to be the main factor hindering the mass transfer during both freeze-drying and rehydration processes.

Effects of Na2WO4 additive on properties of Plasma electrolytic oxidation coatings on 6061 Al alloy Xidi CHEN1, 2,a , Qizhou CAI1*, b, Lisong YIN2, c ( 1.
Introduction Plasma electrolytic oxidation (PEO) [1–4], as a novel technique developed on the basis of traditional anodic oxidation, has been brought for surface modification of Al alloys and a lot of studies have confirm that electrolyte composition will directly affect whether the PEO process can carried out smoothly or the structure, morphology and properties of coatings produced by PEO, so the choice of electrolyte composition is very essential [5-7].
Unfortunately, few of reported have compared the effect of the SiO32- and WO42- anion on the corrosion resistance properties of the PEO ceramic coatings on 6061 aluminum alloy.
In order to investigate the effect of WO42- on the oxide coatings properties, we prepared two groups of electrolyte, one group didn’t add Na2WO4 was called “Si solution”, other group added Na2WO4 additives (2.0g / l ) was called “W solution” respectively.

The tensile behaviour of FRCMs is affected not only by the fabric and the matrix properties but also by the bond strength at the interface between the two components [3, 4], which is a critical issue due to sliding phenomena and cohesive failures in the mortar.
Nevertheless, recently researchers have turned their attention towards the development of materials able to ensure a certain degree of sustainability, without renounce to adequate mechanical properties.
The constituent materials, namely fabric and matrix, were tested with the aim to relate the mechanical properties of constituent materials to the behaviour of the composite.

In order to characterize the mechanical properties of the mortar, three-point bending tests were carried out on six standard 40x40x160 mm prisms according to EN 1015-11 [17].

Determination of Risk of Radioactive in Chemical Fertilizer Using Gamma Ray Spectrometry RINDI Genesa Hatika1,a*, PURWO Subekti2,b 1Program Study of Physics Education, University of Pasir Pengaraian, Riau, Indonesia 2Program Study of Mechanical Engineering, University of Pasir Pengaraian, Riau, Indonesia arindigenesa@gmail.com*, bpurwos73@gmail.com Keywords: Risk of Radioactive, Chemical Fertilizer, Gamma-Ray Spectrometry Abstract.
Fertilizer is one factor that is very influential in the success of agriculture.
Natural uranium in phosphate rock has the properties can take the place of calcium, resulting in a certain time will accumulate uranium in fertilizers. the existence of uranium in phosphates depending on the levels of uranium in rock phosphate [9].
The use of a large amount of fertilizer have affected the concentration of radionuclides, particularly fertilizers containing phosphorus and potassium is one cause of the high activity of Ra-226 and K-40 on the ground.
The annual effective dose (AED) received by someone calculated using a variable factor of 0.7 Sv Gy-1, which is used to convert absorbed dose to effective dose [11].

It has good mechanical properties, enough strength and anti-crack ability.
However, in complex structure, to ensure the comprehensive index of the welding joint, material is just one aspect of factors. It has close relatives with many complex factors such as design, bonding technology and the location of the joint.
The welding process of the complex structure is very critical, which affects structural stability.
