The partial substitution of other magnetic elements is one of the useful methods to control TC, because the appearance of the IEM transition is closely correlated with the 3d band structure [13].
When the electron number is increased with keeping the band structures, EF comes close to the top position of the DOS peak, therefore, b tends to have a small positive value and the ferromagnetic state is stabilized, being consistent with results for the partial substitution of Co [15].

X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) method was used to observe the structure and crystal size properties of activated charcoal resulting from pyrolysis and activation of KCl.
The peak that occurs in the XRD test depends on the crystal structure and this can be used to determine the lattice parameters of the material to be tested.

Two martensite structures, namely 2H (γ1’) and 18R (β1’) are commonly produced in Cu-Al-Ni SMAs and these formation of structures are dependent on the Al and Ni compositions and heat treatment [16, 17].
The martensite structures are formed after homogenisation treatment.
Fig. 1 (a) illustrates the β`1 phase with an 18R structure formed in small needles with self-accommodating zig-zag morphology between the thick plates of with a 2H structure martensite phase.

Generally, concrete is used as a sub-structure or a super-structure.
As a sub-structure, concrete is applied in aggressive environments such as chloride, sulfate or peat environment.
Zeolite structures from the geopolymer samples were observed in the FTIR results.
Usually the intensity of ~2100~2300 cm-1 will increase gradually when the ratio SiO2/Al2O3 is getting higher and the formed structure is known as zeolite structure [19].

Two structures are observed in the EPR spectra for all manganese concentrations, a hyperfine structure and a broad EPR line.
The hyperfine structure is attributed to the isolated Mn 2+ ions at or near the surface of nanocrystals.
This is consistent with the crystal structure study of CdS nanoparticles [10], where it was found that a size-induced hexagonal to cubic structure occurred for the particle diameter 4-5 nm with the equilibrium cubic zinc blende phase in smaller size particles.
The variation of the hyperfine structure constant is explained by the change of covalency of the chemical bonds.
CONCLUSION A colloid chemistry based procedure was developed for synthesis of Cd1-xMnxS QDs with d G 4.5 nm.

The results showed that the as-prepared SiO2-TiO2 aerogels had low densities, high specific surface areas, small average pore diameters, and three-dimensional nano-porous structures.
The pore structures of the aerogels are uniform and the average pore diameters are lower than 100 nm which are in good agreement with N2 physisorption results.
It can be seen that when the temperature below 600 ℃, aerogels own network structures which made up of nanoscale clusters.
