Thus, layout of nanotechnology patent should be analyzed from different areas, such as materials & process, electronics & devices, biology & medicine, instrument & measurement.
For example, Chen divided nanotechnology into five fields, including electronics, biology & medicine, chemical process & materials, instrument &standard, the others.
One is represented by Samsung, in which nano-electronics & device and nano-materials& process far exceeding the other fields, as shown in Fig. 5.
Based on previous studies, nanotechnology is divided into five areas by using the subject searching method, that is materials & process, electronics & devices, biology & medicine, instrument & measurement, and the others.During the past 20 years, nano-materials& process technology ranked the first, with the number of 33302 patents.

The key rate-limiting step of methane production by dry anaerobic fermentation with straw as main materials is acidication phase, and carbon nitrogen ratio (mC/mN) is major factor in affecting microbial fermentation performance.
Thus this may explore the feasibility of acidiation technology by taking LZF-12 as strengthening strains to degradate straw materials and produce biogas.

The acid hydrolysis changed the crystallinity index and crystallite sizes of the DMCC particles compared to their source materials.
In this study, we used DG as based materials for preparing the distillers grains MCC (DMCC) particles and their structures were investigated.
This clearly shows that the different shape of the MCC particles can be influenced by the different raw materials.

The ultrasonic techniques have the ability of propagation through optically non-transparent materials; and are non-contact measurement methods from outside of food container wall to reduce the risk of contamination by instruments or humans.
Materials and methods Yogurt fermentation.
For viscoplastic materials, propagation of the longitudinal ultrasonic waves is determined by the storage, M’, and the loss, M”, longitudinal moduli.

With wide range of change in visible light transmittance, good stability for circulation [8,9], cheap and abundant elements for the materials and environment friendly, tungsten trioxide films had attracted much attentions [10,11].
According to the model of the best doping concentration to tungsten trioxide electrochromic thin films [13], when the mass rate of WO3 to ZnO was 25.64:1, the property of electrochromism was the best as a source of sputtering of target materials.

Common damages for composite materials are prone to include delamination, fiber breakage, edge delamination, matrix cracking et al.
Vibration based model-dependent methods with smart materials incorporated into composite structures offer a promising option to fulfill the requirements of on-line delamination detection on composite structures [2-6].
