The decomposition process appears to be structure-insensitive because heterogeneous nucleation on structural singularities such as grain boundaries and dislocations has not been observed.
It suggests that the number of β’-Cu4Ti particles is increasing with ageing time.

However, in the last few years, a number of bulk-metallic glasses (BMGs) with low critical cooling rates have been synthesized in multicomponent-alloy systems that include Zr-, Fe-, Pd-, Al-, Ni-, Cu-, and Mg- based alloys [2-8].
Because traditional notions of crystal defects (e.g., dislocations and grain boundaries) do not apply, the real nature of the deformation mechanisms in these amorphous alloys still remains unclear.

A number of research described the incorporation of Cs+ and Br- content to stabilize the phase by enhanced crystallinity and avoid segregation of the previous FAPbI3 [29-36].

Results and discussion Phase formation and surface morphology of copper oxide nanostructures The physicochemical properties of crystalline materials depend on the parameters such as crystallite size, morphology, grain boundary etc.
On the other hand, a higher wave number shift of the band to 617 cm-1 confirms the change in the environment of ‘Cu2+’ in the precursor obtained by copper hydroxide.

The diffracted patterns from various sub-grains or dislocation walls would overlap on the CCD detector, thus convoluting the diffraction pattern.
The cell wall estimates of LRIS are in rough agreement with the Mughrabi et al. value of 0.4 σA based on x-ray diffraction of unloaded specimens that assesses an average of a very large number of cells.
