The terahertz time domain spectroscopy (THz TDS) can be considered as a useful tool using general non-conducting materials; however it is quite limited to conducting materials.
Especially, in this paper, the most interesting applications of THz ‘T-ray’ radiation will be discussed for the nondestructive evaluation of composite materials and structures.
E-Field Characterization in Carbon Fiber T-ray can penetrate dielectric materials quite easily but not electrically conducting materials.
Linfield,: IEEE Journal Of Quantum Electronics, Vol. 41(5), pp.717- 728 [4] R.

The accumulation of waste rock on the ground could be eliminated by using as goaf filling, reclamation area filling, and building materials.
Moreover, the post-secondary tailings after separation could be comprehensive utilized as raw materials for walls (such as block and burn-free brick).
So, it could be applied as building materials and raw materials of cement production to improve the comprehensive utilization of associated resources.
