Introduction Chalcopyrite-type compound thin film solar cells are attractive material device simple process and low cost .For example, CuInxGa1−xSe2 (CIGS) has been intensively investigated as an absorber layer .although high conversion efficiencies up to nearly 20% , elements of CIGS are expensive (In and Ga) and toxic (Se) .Cu2ZnSnS4(CZTS) thin films P-type be one of the most promising materials using in photo voltage application .in additional ,CZTS has direct a band gap energy of 1.4–1.5 eV and an absorption coefficient of 104 cm−1and low-cost thin film solar cells since they consist of abundant materials.
