Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to observe the surface of the PAA powder, and prove that surface crosslink promote form a kind of honeycomb structure.
But the tendency of absorptivity at 2068Pa does not obey Flory-Huggins swelling theory, because the closslinked PAA hydrogel is three-dimensional network structure, like Fig.3(b), with the dosage of MBA increasing, the network become dense, and the structure become strength and full elastic, therefore, the influence of pressure is more and more weak, the absorptivity under pressure is more close to absorptivity without pressure, then the curves are getting higher.
Chains cross-link together looks like honeycomb structure, which’s structure is only swelling, but not moving, so as to hold the solution.

Intrinsic graphene is defined as a one-atomic-thick planar film of sp2-hybridized carbon atoms which are densely packed in a hexagonal crystal lattice structure.
Unfortunately, the as-grown HFLG suffers from a structural defect corresponding to a lattice distortion of carbon structure deposited on the HFLG surface.
Their results showed that graphite crystallite structures and carbon dimers (C2) were observed during the deposition process.
The lateral size of graphene spans an order of magnitude from approximately 1 nm (with two hexagonal structures) to more than 20 µm.
The surface chemistry of graphene also contributes to its biological response.
