The primer sequences used were; VEGF forward 5’-atgaggacaccggctctgacca-3', reverse 5’-aggctcctgaatcttccaggca-3'; GAPDH forward 5’-cactgccaacgtgtcagtggtg-3’, reverse 5’-gtagcccaggatgcccttgag-3’.
2.9 Statistical analysis
A one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and t-test were used to analyze the data, which are expressed as the mean ± standard deviation.
(4b) (4a) Fig. 4 HDPC viability measured by the reduction of MTT by the treatment with PF127 concentrations from 15‒30%wt (4a) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) levels in cell culture supernatants after culturing for 24 h and 72 h (4b) Asterisks (*) indicate a significant difference at p < 0.05 compared with the control group at the evaluated time point 4.

The data presents 0.75TP mixtures record higher ITS value with an average 818 kPa compared to control mixtures with an average 739 kPa.
The reduction of rut depth represents that the addition of 0.75 % SP in asphalt mixtures influences the mixture by improving the resistance to rutting with 72.6 % compared to control mixtures which it can be related to their high resistance to moisture damage.

Voltage unbalance leads to overheating of equipment, increased losses and overall reduction in efficiency of the power system equipment and customer devices.

The data which meets the criteria were transformed into a graph named Fig.5.
On the first stage, when the aging temperature was 150˚C and the time range was less than 4h, the recovery softening had more contribution than age-hardening so that the tensile strength of wires would have a significant reduction.

From the data presented in Figure 2, it is clear that the number of alloys falling within the required range of aluminum content (0.02-0.03%) in the finished steel using LRF is twice as large as that obtained in current production, and in the average of produced pipe steels is 42.7 and 20.8%, respectively.
The results of experimental industrial alloys showed that the yield of useful steel increased by 0.8% and reached 98.6% due to a reduction in metal waste compared to currently produced alloys.

This is indicated by a sharp reduction in the applied load of the specimen.
· Obtained experimental data could be utilized to perform additional parametric studies using finite element modelling to generate a database while saving a lot of time and effort.

The present data are in very good agreement with Dogonchi et al. [19] as shown in Table 2.
Moreover, the increasing value of the radiation parameter N produces a reduction in the thermal boundary layer thickness considerably.

In practice, plasticity is defined as the plastic strain at fracture, d, in tensile tests of specimens, or as the reduction of the cross-sectional area at fracture, y.
It is important that data on the plasticity d* can be obtained from the deformation curves s = f(et), i.e., no special experiments are required for the determination of d*.

For the data visualization, 3D graphics were chosen to plot the RDV against the pre-repair damage volume (V) and the second most significant process parameter, that most influences the obtained responses, laser power (P) or laser spot diameter (S).
In Fig.6 (c) and (g), parts with significant damage volume reduction, and Fig.6 (d) and (h), damage repair failures.
