Open learning resources In the traditional curriculum, the learning content is prepared by the teacher in advance, and in the MOOC course, most of the content is dynamic pooling.
MOOC learners to participate in a wide range, and most learners are proficient in computer technology, users are familiar with social networking, MOOC use the platform to come together to share ideas, to produce academic collision through participating the discussion of the forum.
For example, for an engineering school , may not be enough to open a large number of humanities faculty through elective humanities , but in today's emphasis on infrastructure , emphasis on liberal era, apparently these courses is also very important .
But for some relatively simple university disciplines, such as engineering, medicine and other universities, tend to set up a public basic education department or similar department dedicated to teach some public courses or electives.

Research on Numerical Simulation and Theoretical Method of Water Resources Carrying Capacity Lijuan Li1,a*, Shanyong Li2,b 1School of Surveying & Land Information Engineering, Henan Polytechnic University, Jiaozuo Henan, China 2School of Architecture & Arts, Henan Polytechnic University, Jiaozuo Henan, China 3Biological and Envirionmental Sciences, Concordia University alilijuan888@126.com, blishanyong2008@126.com Keywords: Economic management; Water Resources Carrying Capacity; Water Resources Ranagement Abstract.
Henan province is a large province of Waterscape tourism resources, whether it is the cultural resources or natural resources are very rich, at the same time with the advance of "Zhongyuan city group" concept, around the city will be the development of the Waterscape tourism industry on the agenda, as the implementation of the development strategy of "Waterscape Tourism Province" in Henan province. The research of water resource carrying capacity involves complex large systems including society, economy and environment. In this system, there are not only natural factors, but also social and economic factors. 2.
It is hoped that other cities can learn advanced management experience from these cities and make good use of water resources.Jiaozuo water change have increased, especially through the city the south-north water diversion project, it is of great benefit to the improvement of the urban hydrologic landscape, is also in urgent need of using good resources effectively, at the same time, because such as the Yuntai mountain scenic area and the blue river scenic area have vigorously launched landscape tourism, make Jiaozuo hydrological landscape very good use of resources.
