To solve these problems, it is efficient to use mathematical modelling involving powerful computer engineering systems based on the finite element method, as it allows obtaining a large amount of data on the behaviour of steel structures during a fire.

Experimental teaching is the vital part in the teaching
process, especially for the education of science and engineering.
However, it is extraordinary expensive for the construction and maintenance of laboratories, especially in the distance education, the lack of experimental teaching conditions have severely hampered the development of science and engineering education.
With the generation of Laboratory Virtual instrument Engineering (LabView), the development and application of virtual instrument and distance control experiment develop rapidly.
At the same time, it also provides functions of update of teacher and administrators, maintenance of resources, experiment forum management.
