Simulation Results and Analysis
To simulate real earthquake effection, the seismic waves of El-Centro are choosed which the duration is 10s, time step is 0.08s, and the maximum is 2.2m/s2 that appearing in the 0.8s, and its time curve is shown in the Fig.4.

In good agreement with Wirnsberger et
al [14], we find that the response times of SO-doped mesostructured 2D-hexagonal materials (k =
0.15 s-1 for the thermal fading kinetics) compare well to that observed for soft sol-gel matrices (k =
0.22 s-1) prepared by hydrolysis of organosilanes showing that the mesostructured silica/block
copolymer films are good hosts for photochromic dyes.

Takashi Ohsaka et al.[13] researched Ir film obtained on copper substrate using sodium iridibromide as precursors, the results showed that Ir film was not good and had a big inner stress because of side reactions at the cathode.
Withers and Ritt et al.[14] reported the preparation of Ir films in cyanide molten salt, but cyanide is harmful to the environment and thus prohibits the extensive application of the process.

Photoluminescence (PL) and electroluminescence (EL) of Er doped Si have widely been studied [1-5].
In the early time of 1960s, several researchers have partially estimated the lateral spread of implanted ions as well as the projected range and the projected standard deviation , based on the theory of Lindhard et al. [6] (LSS theory).
The He stopping power used here was presented by Chu et al.’s book [17].
