This model is based on the fundamentals by Eibl et al. [1], also deeply studied by Schellenberg [2] for impacts on concrete slabs.
Among different models available, the Diverse Embedment Model (DEM) by Lee et al. [5,6] has been selected here since it provides a relatively simple yet accurate formulation for the tensile behaviour of FRC.
Rather than building the tensile stress-strain/crack width curve of the UHPFRC as in the previous sections, here the proposals by Wille et al. [13] are directly taken.
Wille et al. have suggested empirical equations for the main parameters of the tensile curve of UHPFRC.
El-Tawil, and A.E.

Thus, Chindaprasirt et al [10, 11] have demonstrated that the use of fly ashes with a calcium content up to 17 % have no negative effects in the compressive strength of the geopolymers.
The reader can refer to Luna et al [19] for further details.
The procedure has been taken from a study of Cerrulli et al [21].
Yip et al [23] explains this behavior as a consequence of a competitive effect in the level of growth and development of both gels, NASH and CASH.

Anh Tuan Hoang et al., (2021) [19] use of the microwave-assisted process provides many benefits to biomass pretreatment.
Obiora S. et al., (2019) [16] discussed the advantages of microwave-assisted alkali pretreatment for the bioconversion of biomass into useful energy products.
Dawid et al., (2021) [17] study compared microwave-assisted alkali pretreatment and acid pretreatment for the fractionation of lignocellulosic biomass.
Laltha et al., (2021) [18] did a study that optimized two microwave-assisted alkaline pretreatment methods to enhance sugar production from biomass.
Characterization of UTWP preceding and following pretreatment using FTIR: The precise amounts of carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen were determined using an elemental analyzer (Vario EL III, Elementar, Langenselbold, Germany).

Kim et al. [46] reported the octadecyl chains functionalized ethylene-bridged sph-PMO material as reversed phase chromatography stationary phase.
Rebbin et al. [47] prepared the spherical particles of phenylene-bridged PMO and studied the properties in normal phase high-performance liquid chromatography mode.
Zhu et al. [48] studied the properties of ethylene-bridged sph-PMO in reversed phase HPLC mode.
Elemental analysis was performed on an Elementar Vario EL.
However, ordered materials around 40 mol% was synthesized by Zhang et al. using mono-silylated APTMS and bridged BTESE precursors [49].

Qualitative Imaging
In 2009, the application of PL imaging on silicon brick side faces was explored firstly by Trupke et al. [21].
The relatively low price of scientific CCD chips and cameras allows for industrial applications of PL (and EL) imaging.
The theoretical description of luminescence emission from an indirect semiconductor such as silicon was provided by Würfel et al. [33].
Dullweber, et al., Impurity-Related Limitations of Next-Generation Industrial Silicon Solar Cells, IEEE Journal of Photovoltaics. (2012) 1–5
