Weld 1inesare the two strands or more than two strands of material flow form the lines when they meet.
So the weld lines that the first project didn’t affect the quality of the helmet and mechanical properties [5].The warp analysis mainly is used to judge if the deformation appears in the injection molding of the thermoplastic material.
In actual production, product structure, plastic materials, mould design and forming technology all effect the deformation.

Among rapid solidification techniques, the melt spinning technique which cooling rate is faster than 10 6K/s has been well known as an effective way to produce amorphous or nano-structured materials [6].
In order to examine the thermal stability of this bulk alloy, the extruded material was annealed at temperatures ranging from 573K to 773K for 100hr.

The ultrasonic time-of-flight diffraction (TOFD) method The basic principle of the TOFD technique can be depicted in Fig.1 Suppose a buried crack in a specimen of isotropic and homogeneous material is located between a transmitter and a receiver [3].
The material of transducer wedge is Lucite and its angle is 45°, which means the refraction angle in the mild steel is 45°.
