With the purpose of reducing the bending deformation of the lathe tool, the static stiffness can be increased by the use of high Young’s modulus materials [3,4].
The most frequently used high Young’s modulus materials are sintered tungsten carbide [5] and sintered tungsten alloy with an added 2-4% of copper and nickel which can be machined [6].
Both materials are expensive.
And limited to available materials, the Young’s modulus of materials can not be enhanced without limit [7].

The composite materials obtained by combining wood residues and other materials can meet the need of timber resource shortage and environmental protection, which have an extremely wide application range and represent these materials development direction due to its cost-effective, recyclable, environment-friendly properties.
Materials and Methods Test materials In this test, the wood residues of larch and birch trees were took as the substrate material, taking bamboo and phenolic resin as reinforced materials.
Conclusions According to the main production process parameters of wood composite materials, the uniform design is established to measure physical property indexes of materials with DPS.

The effects of microwave input power, ratio of H2/N2, the amount of total material gas concentration and catalyst on the synthetic reaction were studied.
It can also be seen, when the volume ratio of H2/N2 was 1, and the amount of the total concentration of the gas in the material was about 0.031~0.454mol/L, the volume fraction of NH3 will increase with the increase of the amount of substance concentration; but the volume fraction of NH3 will decrease with the increase of the amount of substance concentration when the amount of the total concentration of the gas in the material was about 0.454~1.011mol/L.

Method The PPGS method for laser material processing on freeform surface is based on two principles discussed as follows.
Six steps are involved in performing the procedure of laser material processing on freeform surface.
Application The key technique for laser materials processing on freeform surface part is the implementation of the laser spot marching along the freeform curve paths on the surface, at desired speed and energy density that can initiate the expected laser-matter interaction.
