The 19th Metallography & Fractography (Metallo & Fracto)

This book presents selected peer-reviewed contributions from the international conference Metallography; Fractography 2025, held in April 2025 in the High Tatra Mountains, the Slovak Republic. The conference aims to provide a forum for discussing recent advances in metallography, fractography, and materials science and engineering. The book covers traditional metallic materials, as well as modern and advanced materials and related technologies. Emphasis is placed on experimental methods, microstructural characterisation, and analysis of the relationship between processing, structure, and properties. The proceedings also aim to promote international collaboration and knowledge exchange between academia, research institutions, and industry.
