Abstract: Shaping and strengthening the middle-level manager’s organizational identification in construction trades, which can make the organization become an important part of their self concept and be willing to become a common destiny with the enterprise, can win core competitiveness for the enterprise’s sustainable development. Based on depth interview, aided by the nvivo8 software, the paper uses grounded theory to set up the evaluation index system of middle-level managers’ organizational identification in construction trades. The weight of each index is assigned by analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of middle-level manager’s organizational identification in construction trades is constructed.

Abstract: In view of the characteristic of the Single Critical Resource-Constrained Multiple Projects Scheduling Problem, the paper first describes the SCRCMPSP, then establishes the model upon SCRCMPSP based on the Critical Chain Method and designs the corresponding arithmetic , at the same time it puts forward an Arithmetic flow for the Problem. In order to verify degree of adaptability of model and calculate way, the thesis selects a real examinations form the engineering in the related cultural heritage to carry on solving and analyses, it prove the model and calculate way's opposite to the traditional item progress' method is more valid.

Abstract: The Chengde Confucius Temple is one of the most important parts of Chengde Er’dao Pailou Historical and Cultural Blocks. Based on deep investigation on the surrounding environment and the principles which the renovation project should follow, considering the specific elements of the surrounding environment, following the guide for the city outline landscape, history street, public space, building elements etc, the corresponding renovation measures and suggestions for the surrounding environment of the Chengde Confucius Temple are put forward.

Abstract: The Humble Administrator’s Garden is not only the topmost classical private garden south of the Yangtze River in China, but a member of the World Culture Heritage List. Its rich plant landscape patterns around housings have valuable effects on today’s building environment. This study tried to explore the spatial preferences of plant landscape dynamics of the garden. The 13 sample plots, each of which centered about a building and 12m outward radiation, were investigated in February and August 2010. We recorded totally 53 tree species and 325 individuals. Tree height, defoliation, direction (relative to building) and spacing (distance from building) were divided into levels of 6, 2, 8 and 4 respectively. Each level was encoded in order. Thus a tree had a four-digit code including the four factors. There were 4 evergreen gymnosperms which had only a little effect on building daylighting. Both the defoliation ratio of 0.69 and dominant species of most deciduous species showed primary deciduous trees were valuable to realize the balance of daylighting, ventilation and seasonal beauty. The result of small evergreen trees and large deciduous trees is valuable for both sunshine and green in winter as well as shading in summer. Most small trees on the west can be barrier against the hot sun on summer afternoon. Most large trees on the south are beneficial to southern shading and ventilation. Finally, the open space before window is necessary for daylighting and ventilation.

Abstract: High-Chair Village is located in the south of the Wuling Mountain with a complicated living environment. But it has never undergone any wars, fire and other major damage since Ming dynasty. It is a large-sized and relatively intact residential building of architectural complex of Ming and Qing dynasties. Defensiveness plays an important role in traditional residences. This paper analyses its defensive tactics and techniques full of geographical characteristics from three aspects, namely village location, architectural form and spatial organization in order to learn the essence of creation from the ancient people.

Abstract: A synthetic evaluation study on AC (Air Conditioning) Systems within office and business building is made by using DeST (Building Environment Design Simulation Toolkit) software (Developed by QingHua University ) and orthogonal experiment method. Many useful analysis results of the AC systems can be obtained such as the year electricity consumption, the year gas consumption, the year consumption amount of “Primary Energy”, the year average COP, the year average load ratio, the discharge amount of sensible heat to outdoor atmosphere in summer, and the year discharge amount of some main “Green House Effect” gases(CO2, SOx, NOx due to “Primary Energy” consumption) to outdoor atmosphere. Both of energy consumption characteristics and environmental effect of air conditioning systems, and their relationship with variety of parameters of architectural structure and type can be well known. All results we made are helpful to get guidance on the equipment selection, helpful to the operational mode selection of air-conditioning systems and the parameter selection of the architectural structure and type.

Abstract: This paper focuses on two main aspects including building safty and energy saving of power distribution system. First of all, BACnet protocol based network characteristics of safty system of underground shops of the Suqian powerlong City Plaza is introduced. And then the fieldbus control network which centers around world well-known PLC such as AB ControlLogix, Siemens S7-300 and Siemens S7-400 is mainly adopted in the design of fire linkage system. ControNet network connects to PROFIBUS network by PD-100S protocol convertor which can convert one protocol to another between DeviceNet and PROFIBUS-DP network. In the design of power supply network, power loss caculation of dry-type transformer is considered firstly, and then empirical design mistaken cognition of power supply network is analyzed and solution for improvement is presented.

Abstract: Neighborhood communication space is the basic and indispensable place of information exchange and emotional communication for the residents. Good neighborhood communication space can enhance the sense of identity and intimacy among the residents which is significant to create a livable community. This paper hopes to make some useful explorations of the planning of livable community by analyzing the neighborhood communication space in the modern livable community.
