Abstract: Considering the characteristics of a furniture production, a man-machine relationship assessment system is developed for its CNC Machining Center by using the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The evaluation factors are chosen based on the ergonomic principles. The membership function is determined by using expert survey method. The final evaluation result can be got by a fuzzy aggregation algorithm. An example is examined using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. It is a simple and scientific way to access the man-machine relationship of CNC machining center in a furniture enterprise.

Abstract: The method of the traditional workflow design and the skill standards hadn’t been in meeting its demands according to the characteristic of Multi-variety and small-batch processing. The operator workflow analyses were divided into three parts to be discussed in this paper as a common content workflow, character content workflow and temporary content workflow. The general content workflow was optimized by using the classics work study method and choosing the scene team on the other two modules. A new analysis method which took crombag skill defines as the indication basis, was established for the operator workflows, and considering the essential factor as the analysis objects. The designed new module type workflows were divided the work contents of the standard into the Multi-variety and small-batch processing, which promoted the post work ordering and highly effective. Its characteristic of the rationale and the objective basis reduces the ingredients, and provides the operator training and recruitment.

Abstract: The mineral composition of the solidified blast furnace slag and the occurrence of special components CaF2, K2O, Na2O, RexOy and ThO2 were researched by optical microscope analysis, X-ray diffraction analysis and scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis. The results showed that the major minerals in solidified furnace slag are akermanite and gehlenite; the special component CaF2 is not hosted in the cuspidine (3CaO•2SiO2•CaF2), but in the magnesium and aluminum silicate mineral; the special components K2O,Na2O is hosted in akermanite, magnesium and aluminum silicate mineral and perovskite; the element thorium cannot form an independent mineral, but coexist with the rare earth element Ce in the perovskite. The results will lay a foundation for further study on the influence of these special components on the crystallization behavior of glass-ceramics.

Abstract: In the large-scale modern production, enterprises have to improve the ability of agile intelligent manufacturing for surviving and developing. This paper explained the basic concept of agile intelligent manufacturing, and then discussed in detail its three bases, namely enabling technologies, management models and human resources. Because it adapts well to the production pattern of the 21st Century, this advanced method should be greatly promoted according to circumstances.

Abstract: Aimed at the production technological process, analysis has been carried out on the current situation of workshop layout, and find out the existed problems; Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) method is exerted to analyze the workshop concerning relationship between logistics and non-logistics, draw out correlation diagram of location of working unit and correlation diagram of area of working unit. Two optimum proposals are determined according to the realistic of workshop, and weighting factor method is adopted for evaluation, thus obtain the optimal layout proposal. So that aims are achieved for workshop like shorter logistics route, effectively usage of space and resource, improvement of working environment and improvement of production efficiency of enterprises.

Abstract: In this paper, we made a deep analysis on the operational conditions and the process of double plate of ETV at the packaging zone of airport freight station, and considered double plate factor in the freight lot allocation problem of multi Unit Load Device (ULD) storage tasks. The freight lot allocation problem of multi ULD at the packaging zone was translated into a multi-objective optimization problem with constraints and a mathematical model was set up. Niche technique was introduced into genetic algorithm, and storage location was constructed to optimize genetic algorithm. The model was solved by genetic algorithm combined with. The experimental data obtained by the simulation of MATLAB showed that, the given genetic algorithm can solve the optimal Pareto solution aggregate of the ULD region’s freight lot allocation problem.

Abstract: Cell formation(CF)and cellular layout design are the two main steps in designing a cellular manufacturing system (CMS). Efficient grouping is the prerequisite of a successful Cellular Manufacturing, and it is too hard to obtain a perfect consequence of CF and layout simultaneously. In this paper, a two-stage strategy is used to solve CF problem and layout sequentially. At the first stage, the cells are formed based on the part-machine clustering results obtained through the genetic algorithm, to get the initial inter-cell layout. At the second stage, the genetic algorithm is used to improve the solution obtained, to minimize the handling cost and maximize the utility of the machines.

Abstract: This papercalculated and researched equipment maintenance cycle based on Markova Chains.Taking cold reserve system as an example, maintenance information of systems was analyzed and the space figure of state transfer of parts working process was painted. State equation was listed according to the space figure. Next state equation was solved and reliability parameters were obtained. The practical application of the system’s mean time to failures (MTTF) shows the feasibility and veracity of this approach.

Abstract: Presently, simulation data management of complex mechanical products is a key issue on the aspect of CAE technical application. Based on the functional analysis of simulation data management platform, this research proposes a B/S-based architecture for data management, and then analyzes several key techniques of simulation data management. Finally, as a preliminary exploration, performs study on novel combinational solution, which is a simulation data management platform integrated with SimManager and Teamcenter 9.

Abstract: In TK oilfield, there is a large content of carbonatite in cambrian-ordovician, with great depth 4500m-6300m, high temperature 120oC -140oC, anisotropy, developed fracture system and complexity in geological structure. This paper is concerned about wellbore collapse in open hole completion of well R1 and other wells in the collepse well area, and trying to solve this problem through statistics of collapsed wells, and calculate with the mechanics model coupled with temperature field, fluid flow field and rock-mud physicochemical reactions. The result show that the development of hydration stress in planes of weakness, occurrence of nature fractures and technic stress are the most influential factors on wellbore stability. A wellbore in a formation with nature fractures around the wellbore has a testing pressure difference window of 21-28MPa.
