Abstract: Manual operation and paper document based management are the bottleneck to the quality and efficiency of aero-engine assembly process. A set of optimization methods is presented about the aero-engine assembly process. From the technical point, the model of LoA (Level of Automation) was expanded with the addition of the role dimension and task dimension to construct a quantified method of level of assembly information automation, which was utilized to guide the digitalization of assembly process. From the management point, the meticulous management was utilized to improve the microcosmic operation and macro flow control of assembly. A refine and quantified assembly digital system for aero-engine has been developed to verify the effectiveness of the optimization methods.

Abstract: This paper proposes a model to find optimal ordering and replacement policies for a deteriorating system. Assume that the life time of system has a normal distribution, and it has two failures types, typeⅠfailure is repairable, whereas typeⅡfailure is catastrophic which leads to replacement. A replacement policy N is adopted by which the system will be replaced by an identical new one if available at the time following the Nth typeⅠfailure or the 1st typeⅡfailure whichever occurs first. Furthermore, it considers an ordering policy M in which a spare unit is ordered at the time of the Mth typeⅠfailure or 1st typeⅡfailure, whichever occurs first. The objective is to derive the long-run average cost rate and then find the optimal policy (N,M) such that the average cost rate is minimized. Finally, a numerical example is provided to illustrate the proposed model.

Abstract: Compared with explicit knowledge, tacit knowledge is much more perfect and can be used to create valuable things. The ability of exploiting and utilizing tacit knowledge has become the significant factor to success for an individual or an organization. Private Scientific and Technological Enterprise (PSTE), as one of the main parts of National Economy in China, desire to transfer the internal tacit knowledge into the productivity in the reality. In this paper, the nature of tacit knowledge will be analyzed. Besides that, the factors that restrict the share of tacit knowledge in PSTE will be analyzed in detailed from individual, group and organization these three aspects, all are based on the infrastructure of tacit knowledge.

Abstract: The development trend of TRIZ is to be a method that can create and solve problems universally and ultra professionally, so it can be applied to all areas including management innovation. According to the general flow of problem solving of TRIZ, this paper analyses the restrictions of TRIZ used in the management innovation systematically, and it points out that constructing the conflict theory based on management parameters and contradiction matrix is the bottleneck problem.

Abstract: Basic principle and inference algorithm of Bayesian network (BN) were emphasized. As to the Fault Tree with basic events of common cause failure, accident probability cannot be computed correctly. An open press blunt hand accident risk assessment BN model was set up, in addition, the BN nodes of common cause failure were illustrated and the accident probability of occurrence was obtained. The discussions about computed results indicate that regarding to system with unit events of common cause failure or interdependent events, result of accident probability computed from a BN model is higher than that computed from the Fault Tree/Event Tree model.

Abstract: Concerning the managing policy of the ASC in Integrated Infrastructure for Agile Enterprise(IIAE), the author mainly researches on the algorithm of agile manufacturing plan and the management of the supply chain, and promotes the production planning algorithm based on the multiple product requirement, one of the Non-deterministic Polynomial problems about the stability of fund and its resolvent algorithm. The author thereupon promotes an effective Game playing algorithm for the cooperation in enterprises, profit distribution and maximization, and effectively improves the economic performances of individuals and the determining efficiency in the ASC. This paper is one of the series of papers about the design of Agile Infrastructure for Collaborative Manufacturing as well as Agile Supply Chain. This one lays emphasis upon the design of the optimal production planning algorithm to keep the manufacture financing stability in product cycle. We mainly concern and research into the optimal production planning including the problem solved in manufacture financing by optimal product schedule, the analysis of chaotic neural network optimization algorithm, the solution to the problem & algorithm design in optimal strategy for production. Their logical relationship and flow chart designs are elaborated in turn. The paper tries to introduce the research of Agile Infrastructure and its key technologies, showing how well they work in some traditional manual industries.

Abstract: Data experiments are performed to investigate sensitivity of scheduling solution when disorder occurs due to human participation or other uncertainty in manufacturing system. Benchmark problems are adopted to demonstrate possible variations where entropy approach is introduced to evaluate sensitivity.

Abstract: The coordination mechanism of enterprise network resource refers to the rules which the enterprise network members are able to comply with and unity action in order to achieve the expected goal. The rules mainly include: opportunity discovery mechanism, communication mechanism, strategy consultation mechanism and the learning mechanism of enterprise network, as well as the evaluation of coordination effect. Communication is the basic premise of coordination. According to the types of enterprise network, there are mainly three kinds of basic types in enterprise network communication, which is communication based on the core enterprise, communication without core enterprise and Communication of chain. Communication in the enterprise network resource coordination process refers to the transmission and exchange of activities knowledge and information among the behavior subjects in order to realize the goal of sharing resource. Influence factors of communication in enterprise network resource coordination include the number of communication subjects, the type of communication ways, communication language, culture and roles.

Abstract: In this research, we proposed a management system platform to improve production capacity. By use of the machine to machine (M2M) information communication technology (ICT) and the network control and management technology, the mechanism aims to establish a set of well integrated schemes capable of controlling the entire production process from sources of raw materials to end products and building a product resume system as well as a load balance communication system for factory zones. To create a production capacity tracking system for each factory zone by use of the M2M information communication technology management platform to facilitate the tracking of production capabilities, achieve the load balance, and keep a complete record of the production resume.

Abstract: In a competitive environment, service guarantees would affect customer back-off rate. On time delivery plays an important role on time-based competition. If orders cannot be delivered on time, those orders should be outsourced in order to gain a good reputation. However, if a cargoes distribution company has it own trucks, it would gain more profits if the orders were not outsourced. Thus, JIT orders delivery mixed outsourcing problem (JITMOP) is a difficult decision making problem in a cargoes distribution company. This research constructed a Mixed Integer Programming (MIP) model for maximizing operational profits of the company. The study proposed a Genetic Algorithm with Tabu (GAWT) to solve the model. For validation, the proposed approach was comparing to Random Hybrid Tabu (RHT) and Ransom Search (RS); also found GAWT outperformed RS by an average of 54%. It represented that a cargoes distribution company would gain more than 54% of profits if they schedule orders well, part of orders outsourcing to collaborative companies, and using GAWT heuristics. Future research suggests expanding this research to include more discussion if some assumptions are changed.
