Abstract: Mechanical design have experienced a long process of development, the improvement of design method and optimization method have always been the pursuit of any designer. In recent years, introduction of CAD/CAE have increased greatly the speed of design and experiment, making mechanical design undergo a fundamental leap. However, the whole process: design-trial-improve- ment, still needs manual control to complete, designers still face the problem of complex repeating process. In views of this bottleneck, we will conduct parametric modeling on complex mechanical system in PRO/E, and let key parts import into ANSYS to be flexible .Then, we will build and analyze rigid-flexible mixture virtual prototyping in automatic dynamic analysis of mechanical systems. At last, we will integrate this process in ISIGHT3.5, exploring design-trial-improvement integrated optimization and simulation method through the optimization of the size of key parts of complex mechanical system.

Abstract: High speed labeling machine builds virtual models and completes the design and realization of simulation manipulation by using the platform of virtual reality application of Eon Studio and SDK software, which realizes the communication message transmission among modules and gives the main function through the multi-party communication mechanism and function description, realizes the man-machine interaction function by applying the event driven and routing mechanism, solves better the conflict of multiple Agent by using Agent based-on rule-based reasoning and improved evidence theory, and eventually meets virtual manipulation function requirements of high speed labeling machine

Abstract: Under the great trend of social manufacturing, the professional social division of labour in manufacturing industry and the distribution of manufacturing resources force more and more enterprises focus on their core business than ever before and outsource most of the non-core manufacturing activities to other professional organizations. In this condition, this paper proposed a new-type cloud system which is call cloud machining community (CMC) to integrate the distributed MRs and provide on-demand services for service requestors who need them. The framework of CMC together with it working flow is proposed. At last, some key enabling technologies are talked about in detail, such as virtual access of machining resources (MRs) and machining demands (MDs), retrieval and matching between MRs and MDs, generation of machining groups and creditworthiness evaluation mechanism.

Abstract: The remanufacturing for the traditional idle relief grinding machine is introduced in this paper to overcome its shortcomings, such as low precision, low automation degree and poor flexibility. The drive system of the traditional relief grinding machine was renovated with ball-screws and servo-drive system Sinamics S120, the original control system was replaced by numerical control system Sinumerik 828D. After remanufacturing, the mechanical structure of the traditional relief grinding machine is simplified and the machining accuracy meets the requirements. The automation degree and the flexibility of the machine are enhanced, and the labor intensity of the workers is reduced.

Abstract: Traditional bar code technology has some limitations due to the great dependence on operators and restrictions caused by the work environment. Therefore, it’s very important to introduce RFID technology and the kernel of using RFID technology is to establish a reasonable set of encoding rules for RFID tags. This paper designed a set of encoding rules for RFID tags based on analysis of production process, RFID system architecture and encoding requirements which are used in automobile parts production line, and then studied thoroughly on encoding rules. The automation and intellectualization of automobile parts production line are gradually realized and the efficiency is greatly improved due to the application of this encoding rules.

Abstract: The current environment is experiencing a transformation from multi varieties and little batch to multi varieties and batch, this situation has result that companies’ management do not suite it. According to this the scheduling frame research facing rapid response manufacturing has been proposed. At first through this analyzing the problem in current situation, the whole scheduling frame is researched. Secondly, many models that can be used in this frame have been discussed such as manufacturing information, disturbance events, automatic scheduling and dynamic scheduling models. Finally the whole scheduling platforms which can be used in practical situation has been proposed and make a technical function base for current manufacturers.

Abstract: Pins of loader are damaged easily, and most of them have been abandoned every year. Remanufacturing for pins can reduce waste of natural resources and energy sources. In this paper, pins with different abrasion loss were selected and remanufactured by electrical arc spraying and oxy-acetylene flame spray welding, respectively. Then, the parameters of remanufactured pins such as dimension, surface roughness, surface hardness and crack were measured. Furthermore, the friction and wear characteristics of the repair coating/nickel coating pair were tested under dry lubrication condition with the MRH-3 high-speed ring-block friction and wear testing machine. With the help of SEM (scanning electron microscope) to observe the surface morphology of blocks, abrasion resistance of spray welding coating and spray coating were analyzed. Results indicate that two remanufacturing techniques both can make the scrap pins as new products, but pins which are remanufactured in the way of oxy-acetylene flame spray welding have better abrasion resistance than the way of electrical arc spraying.

Abstract: A new 3D crankshaft model and a re-manufacturing one were built respectively together with piston, link and etc., According to the static structural module and the fatigue module embedded in ANSYS workbench, their stress distribution charts and fatigue life charts were obtained. By comparison, it can prove that fatigue life of the re-manufacturing crankshaft is very close to new one.

Abstract: Abstract: Scheduling plans of running a large, traditional power grid often distribute power resources in each small system. And they didn’t take the scope of scheduling operation within the power distribution system into consideration. With the trend separate transmission and distribution, the number of distributed generators that installed is growing rapidly. More and more micro-grid network composed of low-voltage distribution power network are formed. With effective regulation, this system can satisfy local load demand and support networking.
