Abstract: The HAPC(Hydraulic Automatic Position Control) requires quick dynamic response and high control accuracy. Based on the research of the HAPC system, I build the HAPC mathematical model, then design both the Conventional PID controller and fuzzy PID controllers, simulate the two control methods using the MATLAB software, analyze the main factors which influence the results. The simulation results show that the fuzzy PID controller has the better effect in the dynamic response and the control accuracy than the former.

Abstract: The marine air-conditioning system accounts for about 20 percent of the capacity of the power grid. In order to reduce the power consumption of this system, the operating status of some main plants is analyzed. It is found that employ some advanced technology and strengthen the managements can effectively reduce the energy consumption. Although the purchase cost for these advanced plants is great, the operating cost is small. In the long run, large quantity of power can be saved.

Abstract: Production planning is clearly needed in all manufacturing systems, and that is also the case for job shops. When dealing with a small number of products or jobs repetitive scheduling becomes a major issue. In this situation, the same tasks are performed sequentially and repeated from job to job. To help with this problem, a resource scheduling tool is developed that would work alongside Microsoft Project. This tool should act as a front end to Microsoft Project and allow for the creation of a schedule with a minimal amount of work for the scheduling manager. Due to the repetitive nature of production processes, the tool should be able to eliminate most of the manual scheduling currently done exclusively in MS Project.

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of duration predicting in the project with poor information, small sample and uncertainty, a method based on grey system theory is put forward to predicting the duration of the coupled task set. A grey duration prediction model GM(1,1) is built, and the accuracy of the model is tested through residual, degree of incidence and posterior variance. Finally, the feasibility of the prediction model is verified by a practical application case.

Abstract: This paper focuses on the automobile assembly line redesigning issues. The MP-X assembly line is modeled using the Flexsim simulation software. Based on actual research, a production line model of the MP-X is established. Through simulation and the state diagrams analysis the bottleneck of the production assembly line is identified. Aiming at these existing problems, the improving measures are put forward. The decision analysis methods is used to optimize the scheme. This paper provides a feasible method to solve the manufacturing production line planning problems.

Abstract: A mathematic model is established for a car mixed-model assembly line. To solve the line balancing problem of car mixed-model assembly, an improved differential evolution algorithm with adaptive operator is proposed. To verify the proposed algorithm, an application example is offered. The solution result shows that the proposed improved differential evolution algorithm can offer better fitness than the standard one. It also shows that this algorithm is feasible and effective.

Abstract: Based on the traditional internal control system theory and risk analysis of network accounting internal control, a new network accounting security internal control system is proposed and described in detail in this paper. Then we use the fuzzy evaluation method to evaluate the performance of the system, judge the control effect of network computer accounting from the quantitative aspect, and verify the system.

Abstract: In this study, field research was used to study the mental workload during the production process. The physiological signals of electroencephalogram (EEG) and Galvanic Skin Response (GSR) were recorded by using NeXus-10 equipment. The novices yielded significantly larger mental workload than veterans in the right hemisphere for theta, SMR, beta and gamma band. To investigate whether the given process activated both the left and right brain in a balanced manner, we calculated asymmetry index. Novice group yielded higher asymmetry index than veteran group for theta and SMR band. GSR was small higher which induced more negative emotions for the novice group than the veteran group. These would be used as new factors added into production system management

Abstract: AMT investment projects not only improve the business productivity but effects the social aspects such as employment, macro economic and the stable development, and so on. Governments should make reasonable decision considering more from sociological perspective, because of that society benefits is more important than the profits to the business. This paper will construct the social assessment frame to the AMT project and use fuzzy evaluation to quantification the assessment result. Taking an enterprise from China as the empirical example tests this method, and verifies the project’s feasibility.

Abstract: This thesis analyzes the benefit produced by the cooperation or non-cooperation of parts supplier and bus factory as well as users by use of the perfect-information static game model of the game theory in connection with the current situation of China's bus market supply chain. Conclusions are drawn from the analysis that good after-sales service not only brings benefits to users but also can efficiently promote the voluntary cooperation between a parts supplier and a bus factory, so that the individual benefit and the overall benefit are both increased, and a win-win situation is finally achieved.
