Abstract: Operation optimization problem of capacitated assembly manufacturing supply chain was investigated in this paper. Three-stage system open equations of all planning periods were set up. Acceptable delivery time for customers form time window that was also considered as constraint on assembly system supply chain. The planning time is divided into many equally intervals, and operation decisions of every period can vary with time. Ability constraint in the process of supply chain operation, delivery time constraints and different production components’ quantity ratio constrain were all considered in the dynamic operation optimization model. Optimization problem is solved by hybrid mixed integral optimization and SQP algorithm. And a set of numerical examples that reveal the insights into the dynamic optimization policy.

Abstract: Based on the research status of green supply chain, we found the hierarchy of various factors which affect the effectiveness of green supply chain by the Interpretive Structure Modeling (ISM), and present the suggestions for improving implement effect, so that offer some enlightenment for the development of green supply chain scientifically and systematically.

Abstract: Short-term load forecasting for streaming load data is an important issue for power system planning, operation and control. Smart meters of Advanced Meter Infrastructure distributed around the distribution power grid produce streams of load at high-speed. The collected data can be characterized as a non-stationary continuous flow. A stream-based short-term demand forecasting model based on ARIMA is proposed. This method is used to forecast hourly electricity demand for next few days ahead. The performance of this methodology is validated with streaming data collected in real-time from the power grid.

Abstract: Based on game theory, this paper constructs closed-loop supply chain system with retailer recycling used products from the consumers incorporating difference between new product and remanufactured product. The optimal pricing decisions and the optimal profits of centralized coordinated and decentralized closed-loop supply chain are obtained. It is found that the efficiency of decentralized closed-loop supply chain decreases by 25%. Finally, the coordination mechanism is designed to solve the profit conflict in the decentralized closed-loop supply chain by the profit sharing contract.

Abstract: Distribution center plays an important role in the whole supply chain, and distribution center location decision is the core content of logistics systems analysis. Based on the analysis of the object of supply chain distribution center location, the main influence factors of the supply chain distribution center location were divided by using the ISM model, and a multi-grade hierarchical structure diagram of distribution center location was designed. By combining qualitative and quantitative methods, the hierarchical relationship of the main influence factors of supply chain distribution centers location is clarified.

Abstract: Abstract:With the development of E-business, supply chain management of manufacturing enterprises becomes more efficient,making business transactions more simplified, and meanwhile, organizational structure is transformed into open flat network structure from a pyramid hierarchical structure. Therefore, it is essential that manufacturing enterprises view as a whole function processes various businesses inside the enterprises and between the nodes at the supply chain, comprehensively improve the level of human capital through the form of virtual enterprises and establish management teams with the innovation consciousness.

Abstract: The thermal error of direct driving type A/C axis CNC milling head in the practical processing is analyzed. Based on the theory of homogeneous coordinate transformation and small error hypothesis, the transformation matrixes between the coordinate system of kinematic pairs and the relationship between errors and compensations are obtained. The thermal error compensation model and the thermal error compensation system which embedded into the Siemens 840D system are established, and play an important role in increasing the processing accuracy.

Abstract: The rectangular coordinate CNC pipe profile cutting & welding integrative equipment is researched for the requirements of cutting and automatic welding of complicated butt pipes intersection lines. The mechanical structure of the equipment is that the workpiece is placed onto the supports, the chuck is carried out with limitless rotary movement. The main body for holding cutting torch and welding torch is adopted with cantilever arm traveling structure, and is controlled by six-axis digital AC servo system. The CNC system is developed based on Windows operation system, and it is a kind of pure software open architecture. RTX real-time extension technology is adopted to realize the high real-time requirement in motion control. The minimum deviation method is used to realize the interpolation algorithm of curve which describes the space track of intersection line. The equipment has realized the pipe cutting for blanking and welding for assembling at the same working position, and can meet the requirements for automatic pipe processing technology.

Abstract: As phenomena of friction in computer numerical control(CNC) machine tools is inevitable, accurately modeling of friction is need for precise position control and performance evaluation of CNC machine tools. This paper proposed an identification method that non-linear friction model described as Stribeck are linearized by using high order Taylor series expansion and parameters of the model are obtained by least square method (LSM). Signals of servo motor current and rotating rate which are offered in many modern CNC machine tools are needed for the identification and experiments results show that parameters of Stribeck model can be obtained accurately by identification. The method is suited for industrial condition and has its practicality.

Abstract: A method for fast measuring and identify the six geometric errors of each rotary axes in Four- axis machining center was invented. The method adopted the ball-bar to measure the X, Y, Z direction deviations of the centre block installed on the rotary table in the different rotation angle. And deduced the geometric error identification model in rotary axes based homogeneous transformation, and then identify the axis of the six basic geometric errors. in order to reduce the influence of the inaccuracy of the ball-bar and the reference point position, this paper put forward new method based on the analysis of the sensitivity matrix method, used to guide rational distribution points, so as to improve the error identification accuracy.
