Abstract: According to the nonlinearity and time-variation of the positioning control in hydraulic system, a kind of Hybrid Fuzzy-PID Controller with Coupled Rules (HFPIDCR) is proposed. In this control system, the bulk modulus is considered as a variable. The novelty of this controller is to combine the fuzzy logic and PID controllers in a switching condition. Simulation results of the HFPIDCR are compared with the results of traditional PID, Fuzzy Logic Controller (FLC), and Hybrid Fuzzy-PID Controller (HFPID). It is demonstrated that the HFPIDCR has fast response, short adjustment time, high control precision and other advantages, and it can meet the requirements of the positioning control in hydraulic system.

Abstract: This paper discussed the CAD / CAM technology of the end face cylindrical cam. The processing of end face cylindrical cam which used in textile machinery was analyzed, and the Processing plan was determined. Three-dimensional modeling and NC programming were done by respectively using PRO/E software and CAXA manufacture engineer software, machining accuracy, fixture and other key technical problems in the end face cylinder cam CAD/CAM process were solved. Acceptable product was processed in common three coordinates milling machine, and ultimately used in enterprises, and achieved good results.

Abstract: In order to optimize the CNC milling machine structure, the system modeling, simulation, and virtual prototyping technology are used in this paper. It has built 3D virtual prototype model and finite element model of the upright post on Pro/E, ADAMS and ANSYS platforms respectively. The modal analysis of different rib column has been done. The top twenty frequencies and mode of those upright posts are calculated by ANSYS software. Through the modal analysis and compared with different column structure, the optimization column geometry is determined, and the main spindle speed should not be greater than 9000 r/min. These will provide important references for the general design and manufacture of the CNC milling machine.

Abstract: Virtual CNC machining is test cutting and process optimization of virtual reality before production, which overcomes defects of interferences and collisions while the real workpiece is fabricated. The 3D scenario of Virtual CNC machining system is constructed by 3DS and Open GL on VC++6.0 platform. This system mainly encompasses modules of machine modeling, simulation of virtual cutting and its control panel. Key technologies solve 3DS file reading, simulation control by Open GL back buffer and implementation of control items on control panels respectively, so practicability of CNC system is improved greatly.

Abstract: Using curve CAM space meshing work principle established its physical model. The mathematics model of the CAM work surface is deduced through mathematical analysis. Discussed the processing method and principle is based on the meshing forming and freedom forming machining methods, studied the curve CAM NC-processing technology using general four axis and five axis machine tools. This process has been successfully used for axis CNC milling to machining CAM surface. For continuous dividing space curve CAM CAD/CAPP / CAM system research is laying a foundation.

Abstract: A kind of novel open architecture CNC system is put forward based on the key hardware ‘‘PC+PMAC controller’’. The intelligent CNC system is divided into four layers, the field bus is used in it for openness and interoperability. The system software including several functional modules is developed based on COM for reuse and reconfiguration. The proposed open CNC system is based on STEP-NC data model, which aim to provide higher-level information for process control. The framework presented can be used as a reference for STEP-compliant CNC.

Abstract: The cutting force induced error has been more important as the hard cutting and hard cutting material used. This paper proposed the direct measurement method of cutting force induced error, which realized the corresponding directly of the cutting force and the value of error in the working process. According to the discrimination of machine error characteristics reflected by the different measuring methods, it puts forward to building the mixed error model based on the measuring technology of one dimension and two dimension. The results could provides the test data and theoretical basis for the mechanism of the processing performance affected by the dynamic behavior of machine tools.

Abstract: In this paper, a PLC of FX2N series is used in the redesign of an existed electrical relay - co contactor system. Designing of fault diagnosis system is introduced and together with it relative programs are given. These technical reforms achieved remarkable improvements in simplifying the circuit of the machine system, in enhancing its operation reliability, in increasing the efficiency of fault diagnosis, and in lightening the workload of maintenance staffs.

Abstract: As a constant-column power generating machine, the combustion turbine has a direct proportion of its output to the quantity of input air. Therefore, when the ambient air temperature rises higher in summer, the effect of combustion turbine is decreasing. In order to enhance the efficiency of combustion turbine in summer, two sets of inlet air cooling system (IACS) were installed in PG6551(B) combustion turbines in Jinhua, Zhejiang, China. Two low-pressure evaporators were installed in the caudal flue of the waste heat boiler, therefore, the produced saturation steam drives a single-effect lithium bromide absorption chiller to cool the input air of combustion turbines to raise the output power of combustion turbine in summer; or supplies the low-pressure heater to heat the condensated water from the deaerator of the steam turbine in winter. A measurement and control system (MCS) of the new-added inlet air cooling equipments was developed. Based on the framework of DCS (Distributed Computer System), the M&C system has the IACS work correctly and easily. The structure and functions of the M&C is described in detail.

Abstract: The flotation experiment of ilmenite from magnetic tailings in Panzhihua with the new collector(RTB) is investigated.The satisfactory result is obtained in once roughing-once cleaning-once scavenging circuit batch testing of flotation by using RTB as a collector,CMC as a depressant,and sulfuric acid as pH regulator. The TiO2 grade of titanium concentrate is 46.87 percent,and the recovery is 50.77 percent with the TiO2 grade 11.81 percent. Compared with collect(MOS) which are used in production,RTB has obviously not only advantages of selecting and collecting capability, but also advantages of costs.
