In the plasmid DNA algorithm, though an appropriate encoding and the basic biological operation, we finish the generation and separation of solution. On the basis of the molecular biology methods, the algorithm is feasible.

Abstract: As the substrates of biosensor or biomicroarray, silicon, silica and gold matrixes are usually used as the surfaces of bio-recognition. In this research, designed micro-patterned silicon/silica slide and gold/silica slide were utilized respectively as the substrates of DNA and protein detection. The results suggested the detection limit of protein and DNA on silicon/silica slide were 10 μg/L and 10 pM respectively, and those on gold/silica slide were 10 μg/L and 100 pM respectively. The patterned silicon/silica and gold/silica slide could be used as the support of bio-microarray in high-sensitive biorecognition.

Abstract: Lotus Japonicus is the model organism in legumes which are very important plants playing a central role in biological research. Research on symbiotic nitrogen fixation in legumes has significant economic and scientific value. We utilized evolutionary analysis method explore symbiotic nitrogen fixation; statistical analysis the impacts on symbiotic nitrogen fixation genes in evolution. Application of comparative genomics methods to deepen the understanding of the genes related symbiotic nitrogen fixation.

Abstract: In this paper, we propose a framework of smart supermarket using Internet of Things, which includes three layers: perception layer, data management layer and application layer. This framework is quite powerful, flexible and extensible for constructing smart supermarkets. The key technological issues for this framework are also discussed.

Abstract: Firstly the system architectures of the Internet of Things technology and intelligent park were introduced, then the core functions of the intelligent park-the intelligent park management system was described detailed, which established the sensing system to detect the whole park by Internet of Things technology that includes the temperature sensor, multifunction meter and fiber network which covers park. The applications of the Internet of Things technology in the intelligent park include the distribution structure monitoring, the process monitoring, the equipment temperature monitoring, the photovoltaic monitoring and the power quality monitoring. These applications can realize the real-time monitoring of the intelligent park that includes the all kinds of electric parameters and the operation state, also can find the fault and alarm in order to guarantee equipment normal operation, provide security support for reliability service of the power system equipment and technical support for loading coordination optimization control.

Abstract: This article gives the outline of the method of TCP measurement, and the open source codes are combined to make the active measurement for TCP into reality. Some network parameters such as throughput, bandwidth and TCP windows size can be measured to show the performance of the network. Accordingly the network stream can be observed, the network capacity and the performance is determined so that the network can provide higher QOS.

Abstract: This paper designed a cartesian coordinates automatic warehouse, and used ANSYS Workbench software to analyze its statics of the beam model with finite element method, then arrived at conclusions that the structure of automatic warehouse is reasonable which meets the technical requirements; the lower-order natural frequency of the system is far higher than the input frequency; the lower-order vibration modes are shown as the deformation of X axis' beam in horizontal direction and bend in the vertical direction, so we should improve its stiffness while designing it.

Abstract: With China's rapid economic development, electricity as one of the major energy demand gradually increased. Lots of energy were waste because of wide spread chaotic energy management. In order to solved this problem, in this paper a general schematic of intelligent node was proposed. Smart LED light and wisdom lamp socket were designed, which was been used in indoor public lighting control. A topology diagram was given with smart parts of public lighting, which was used to transformation a traditional public lighting circuit structure. Practice shows the transformed public lighting which control more flexible and smart than the old one, and reduce the power loss save 15.9% electricity costs. Equipment maintenance costs significantly reduce, the rate of fault found timely increased substantially.

Abstract: Radio frequency identification (RFID) technology is a kind of the non-contact automatic identification technology. Clothing identification has many and complex characteristics, the existing clothing identification method have many defects. In order to adapt to the mass production demands of modern clothing enterprise, this paper puts forward the new clothing identification method based on RFID. And the anti collision algorithm is the key and prerequisite technology to identify targets correctly. Thus, based on the study of the existing anti collision algorithms, we discuss the problem of tags’ collision, analysis and contrast the existing algorithms. And then, the paper proposes the new anti collision algorithm. According to the improved algorithm, the labels are divided into several groups, and then identified correctly by the group identification algorithm. By the results of recognition result, we can estimate the number of the labels in the appointed area, and adjust the algorithm corresponding. The simulation results show that the algorithm is much better than the traditional anti ones.
