Abstract: Sample technology is the effective mean of scientific, objective and economic quality inspection. The sample technology regulation and requirement of the present technical standard are mainly issued for batch products by the government. The sample method of the national and trade standards has been gradually paid attention by production companies, construction companies, supervision companies and inspection institutions, the accurate sample standards and the scientific sample methods have been increasingly identified by quality control companions, the further solution to sample inspection of mechanical and electrical engineering has been discussed combining with the actual engineering example.

Abstract: For the defects of traditional grey absolute relation degree, the improved grey absolute relation degree model is presented. Compared with the traditional one, this improved model is more excellent in characteristic, and which takes on consistency and isotonicity; and then the veracity and reliability of grey relation analysis are enhanced. Using this new model to discriminate waveform change rate of zero sequence currents in fault transient course, the leakage line detection method is established. The simulation and lab test indicate that this method can rapidly detect leakage line self adapting in transverse direction, algorithm is simply, and not influenced by random factors.

Abstract: This paper introduces a method based on image processing technology, which allows model car to identify the route on a white board. Our system uses MC9S12XS128 as the control unit, CMOS camera is applied to capture data, and H-bridge driver circuit supports the motor. In addition, we use the ultrasonic to calculate the distance and wireless data transmission module to protect the car from a crash. Finally, we establish an algorithm which controls the car and recognize dotted lines in order to overtake the other model car at speed-change area.

Abstract: The gas temperature in vessel will be significantly increased according to the aeration speed and pressure during the aeration or deflation for the ultrahigh pressure vessel. Due to the restriction of air tightness and structure for the ultrahigh pressure vessel, it is difficult to measure the gas temperature by adopting the traditional measurement method without change of the vessel structure. In this paper, a new type interior off-line temperature detector is designed to measure the gas temperature in vessel. The power, temperature sensors, processor, memory and human-computer communication module is linear arranged in the circuit board, which ensure that the temperature detector can be putted inside the ultrahigh pressure vessel through the vessel inlet of diameter Ø25mm. The experiment results show that the gas temperature in vessel can be effectively measured by adopting the interior off-line temperature detector without change of the vessel structure.

Abstract: Karl Fischer moisture analysis method is regard as the best way to determine the water content of the substance, which is widely used in industry of petrochemical, food, cosmetic and so on. In order to improve the maneuverability of the method, reducing the costs and improve work efficiency, this paper presents a Karl Fischer moisture virtual analyzer (KFMVA) system, which using STC11F32XE MCU as the core of the system, combined with PC by the LABVIEW serial communication module, realized the data collection, processing, display, storage and print capabilities.

Abstract: According to the working process of dynamic throttling element flowmeter, the Reynolds number keeps constant when the flow is steady. The way to change the pressure drop is to change the local pressure loss. Based on the Fluent software, analyze how the structure parameters of venturi tube affect pressure drop. With the completion of flowmeter prototype, test the dynamic throttling element by using a kind of binary flow calibration platform. According to the test result, figure out that the optimization can perfectly meet the real flowing condition.

Abstract: A novel fan filter unit (FFU) motors group control system based on ZigBee wireless sensor networks is designed and implemented. The overall structure and composition of the proposed system were described. The design was achieved by software and hardware, used the digita1 signal controller (DSC) dsPIC30F3010 as the control core. The group system communicate by the use of ZigBee wireless sensor network based CC2531,which effectively overcome the traditional FFU fan group control network wiring complexity and high cost disadvantages, and improve the flexibility and control accuracy, meanwhile reducing system cost.The testing results show that the proposed system is feasible, accurate monitoring and control effectively, has the high valuable in engineering and marketing.

Abstract: The measurement instrument of Full-Isolation load equivalent and parameter measurement is developed. The composing framework and operating principle are presented. The implement techniques of full-isolation test access are introduced. The load equivalent and parameter measurement instrument is made up general portable computer and test box, which accomplishes the functions of load equivalent, signal test, measurement signal graphical display and the instrument test-self. The isolation test access is consisting of analog signal test access, on-off state test access, 1553B signal test access and Ethernet network data access. By experiment the instrument functions is fulfilled and meet measurement precision.

Abstract: Lightning current is very important parameter for evaluating the overvoltage of the power system and characterizing the electromagnetic compatibility of the electronic equipments. Therefore, it is indispensable to measure lighting current by a suitable sensor. This paper presents a self-integrating rogowski coil for lightning current sensor, and introduces the operating principle and analyses characteristics of it. In addition, to improve the precision of the sensor this paper proposes design procedure of the phase compensation method and the circuit structure to implement the phase compensation method. The simulation results verify that the phase compensation method can enhance the precision of the self-integrating rogowski coil.

Abstract: A decoupled adaptive tracking filter is developed for centralized measurement fusion to track the same maneuvering target to improve the tracking accuracy. The proposed approach consists of a dual-band Kalman filter and a two-category Bayesian classifier. Based upon data compression and decoupling techniques, two parallel decoupled filters are obtained for lessening computation. The Bayesian classification scheme is employed which involves switching between high-level-band filter and low-level-band filter to continuously resist different target maneuver turns. The simulation results are presented which demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
