Abstract: Threshing cylinder is a core component of combine harvester which determines the working performance of the entire machine and also consumes a majority of the whole combine harvester’s power. In this paper, a multivariate measurement and control system was established. The control algorithms were developed by linear regression theory and abundant experimental data. The Field trials were conducted in several major grain producing areas in China for data acquisition. Practical application indicated that the developed multivariate measurement and control system could meet the demand of optimal operation of threshing cylinder. The working performance and efficiency of combine harvester was improved.

Abstract: Beer brewing process has a very high demand for temperature. The beer fermentation process is the core, which is a very complex biochemical exothermic reaction. The temperature of the controlled object has a variability and uncertainty. Fermentation temperature determines the quality of the product. Therefore, we must control the temperature strictly during fermentation. The paper introduces the beer fermentation temperature measurement and control by using the DS18B20 temperature measurement system. Through the system we can significantly improve the technical parameters of the fermentation temperature, which can significantly improve the quality of beer. This system has a wide range of applications.

Abstract: Accurate endpoint detection is crucial for speech recognition accuracy. A novel approach that finds robust features for endpoint detection based on the empirical mode decomposition (EMD) algorithm and spectral entropy in a noisy environment is proposed. With the EMD, the noise signals can be decomposed into different numbers of sub-signals called intrinsic mode functions (IMFs), which is a zero-mean AM-FM component. Then spectral entropy can be used to extract the desired feature for IMF components. In order to show the effectiveness of the proposed method, we present examples showing that the new measure is more effective than traditional measures. The experiments show that the proposed algorithm can suppress different noise types with different SNR, and the algorithm is robust in the real signal tests.

Abstract: Base on the concept of virtual instrument, an inspection system for quality of flexible packaging UHT liquid milk was developed, which do not open the package of UHT. The system has functions building a product prescription, quality inspection, forming a experiment report. A Personalized instrument can de designed according to user requirements. Experimental results show that compared with conventional method the non-destructive detector has a highly precision .The results are consistent with the test of titratable acidity, which provide new avenues for non-destructive quality inspection of soft drinks.

Abstract: This paper establishes a monitoring system suitable for online measurement of dimentional parametres of small cylindrical pieces. The system ,which is based on digital image processing ,consists of optical light sources, a CCD camera, PC, and MATLAB digital image processing toolbox. The image acquired by CCD is pre-processed through the procedure of image gray enhancement, image equalization, image binarization and dimentional parameters extraction interface to achieve online measurement. The smallest rectangle method is used to obtain the dimentional parameters. An automatic detection interface of dimentional parameters measurement based on MATLAB is compiled which can provide a solid foundation for the online and fast detection of dimentional parameters based on image processing technology.

Abstract: The objective of this study was to assess the feasibility of noninvasive alcohol testing in vivo with near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopy. The suitable distance between light source and detector was determined by Monte-Carlo simulation. The NIR spectra signals of alcohol in vitro and in vivo were measured, and the blood alcohol concentration (BAC) was measured with breath test method. Wavelet de-noising and partial least squares (PLS) method were used to establish the quantitative calibration model of alcohol. The results indicate that alcohol spectra had two absorption peaks at range of 2200nm~2400nm. The optimal principal component number of PLS model is 3, RMSEP=9.29, MREP=3.5%,R=0.9802. The model has good prediction accuracy. NIRS might provide a new method to the measurement of alcohol in vivo.

Abstract: The development of chassis dynamometer of hybrid vehicle based on CAN bus was studied. Chassis dynamometer of hybrid vehicle measurement methods and loading devices are analyzed, and laid the foundation for the resistance simulation of chassis dynamometer.Road resistance simulation on HEV chassis dynamometer is researched, getting electric quantity simulation type of chassis dynamometer driving resistance.The research and development of hybrid vehicle chassis dynamometer based on CAN Bus is conducive to enhance the level of whole hybrid vehicle and car assembly, establish the test procedures, test methods and test standards, provide a research platform and methods for test evaluation of HEV energy utilization.

Abstract: Photovoltaic module is an important part of photovoltaic power generation, so the quality and reliability of Photovoltaic modules directly determine the whole (PV) power system’s stability. Design a JN5139 as control core based on the solar Photovoltaic modules of WSN sensor node. This paper firstly analyzes the sun batteries testing principle, then from two aspects of hardware and software this sensor node in detail, including hardware JN5139 timing acquisition by the output of solar cell piece voltage, current and bypass the diode loop current, judge battery slice of actual work; Software from main program respectively, AD son conversion program, etc are introduced. With the data of experiment collecting, the node is analyzed and evaluated.

Abstract: This paper introduces the structure of aerodrome power supply equipment trouble- shooting system. It expatiates on the software design of MVC pattern in detail. And it realizes the software design idea of hign coheres and low coupling. It also improve software maintainability and expansion.
