In this paper, symmetric multiwavelet frames with general composite dilation and with any symmetric points are constructed from composite dilation multiwavelet frames given. At last, an example is provided to prove the theory.

Abstract: With increasing evidence that vascular risk factors play a role in the development of glaucoma, it is critical to be familiar with factors related to intraocular blood flow. It is important to obtain that the modal of the optical never head including the retinal blood vessel. The images optical never head of a cat using the optical coherence tomography images were obtained. Then, the three modal of the optical never head and the retinal blood vessel were reconstructed using the technology of image process, respectively. The three-dimensional modal of optical nerve head including retinal blood vessel could get using Boolean Operation.

Abstract: Because the real load location of structure in working condition is unknown or cannot be reached, a new equivalent load identification algorithm in frequency domain is proposed. This new algorithm can guarantee the same vibration response signals for key examination points and can reach purposes of reliability test and environmental adaptability test then. Based on the assumptions of linear system and uncorrelated of each load, combined transfer functions, least-squares of generalized matrix inverse in frequency domain, this new algorithm identify multi-sources loads at the same time. In this new algorithm, the Identification load location, direction and form can be specify prior and not be the same with real load location, the boundary condition of structure in test cannot be the same with working condition. Formula derivation, application scope and steps of this method were summarized then. Load identification results of vibration simulations in cylindrical shell showed that this new method could basically meet the engineering precision requirement of ± 3db at last, which valid the effectiveness and reasonableness of this method.

Abstract: The inconsensus in the definition and indicators of energy efficiency has caused great difficulty when evaluating energy efficiency. The research, based on a review of literature focused on China’s energy efficiency, discussed the indicators and evaluation models of energy efficiency. Current studies exhibited many input indicators but output indicator focused on GDP, neglecting the environmental outcome. DEA model is proved to be a more reliable and practical model which can illustrate the multiple elements involved in the use of energy. A common limitation found in the previously advocated DEA models in energy efficiency analysis relates to the absence of undesirable output in the production process. The future work should be done in the framework of total-factor analysis taking account of both desirable and undesirable outputs.

Abstract: Channel promotion competitions have been common in the Internet market. The paper researches three supply chain partners’ dynamic games in dual markets to find out how Internet channel promotions affect them. Being a leader the first manufacturer’s role is complicated who is the weaker traditional retailer’s supplier, and it competes with the second weakest manufacturer in the internet contemporarily. Then it finds out their optimal decisions by model analysis. Especially it focuses on analyzing how the two Internet channel promotion forms affect three enterprises’ optimal revenues, etc. Besides, some managerial inspiration about capacity optimization could be find out.

Abstract: Low-carbon development of energy mix plays an important role in changing the development mode of Shaanxi Province, adjusting the industrial structure, promoting green development low-carbon life, and properly dealing with climate change. This thesis selects the system dynamics method, built the system dynamics model of the energy consumption. Model selected 28 variables, through the test of history, obtained future data. Finally, put forward the relevant recommendations of the energy structure of low-carbon development in Shaanxi Province.

Abstract: Identifying the reserve quota of maintenance spares is an important foundation work in spare parts management. The higher the reserve quota of maintenance spares, the higher the service level, accordingly, stock funds occupied more. It is also a kind of large waste for the enterprise. Therefore, it is becoming more importance for making the best reserve quota. In this work, it was based on the consuming law of maintenance spares that the mathematical model was established, so service level of maintenance conditions was identified according to that. The best reserve quota was identified depend on the relationship between service level of maintenance condition and the best service level.

Abstract: The increasingly fierce market made it more difficult for the enterprises to survive. Multinational giants such as Wal-Mart had already used the supply chain integration to deal with difficulties and improve their competitiveness.Symbiosis theory provided a new way to ensure it stable and lasting. First,this paper expounded the basic connotation of symbiosis theory, Then,based on the symbiosis theory which came from ecology and supply chain integration theory, this paper attempted to explore a model of the supply chain integration——a model of multi-level,integrative, equipoise and symbiotic integration(MIESI-Model).Finally,this paper did focuses on the realization mechanism of the model from two dimensions which were symbiosis internal integration and symbiosis external integration.

Abstract: The operation objectives of supply chain’s symbiotic relationship has both economic and social benefits(Especially in the food industry). The "duality" determines that the supply chain management has positive externalities effect, not only to obtain maximum economic benefits. Based on CPFR theory and symbiosis theory, supply chain management mode provides a new model to solve such problem. First, this paper briefly summarized the CPFR theory and elaborated symbiotic relationship based on CPFR theory.Then, this paper made an empirical analysis through a typical case of food enterprise.Finally, this paper put forward some related notice points about the supply chain’s symbiotic relationship based on CPFR theory.
