Abstract: The model of aircraft landing gear hydraulic system is build by software of AMESim. Under the AMESim environment, a hydraulic simulation of the nose landing gear of aircraft is constructed. The simulation model of the component is built by graphical modeling method. Setting two case faults parameters of landing gear actuating cylinder leakage and air into oil, it obtains faults symptom of hydraulic system. The Internal characteristics, Interrelation and motion Law is shown for landing gear system various components. Combining hydraulic system simulation with fault diagnosis effectively, it can provide reference for fault analysis and design improvement of landing gear hydraulic system.

Abstract: In order to burning LPG and gasoline and dual fueled (LPG and gasoline) in the same engine, a new multi-function engine was refitted and designed based on 188F gasoline, mutative effects on the power and emission performance when burning those three kind fuel were investigated by the engine operated with the US EPA Phase-Ⅱ. Three schemes for the carburetor throat were designed. Balanced of the power and economy performance, when the diameter of the carburetor throat is 23mm, the performance was the best. By carrying engine performance test and the combustion process analysis, the results showed that: when the throttle was full opened, the power of burning only gasoline was 7.97kW, 0.5 kW and 0.28kW higher than burning LPG and dual –fuel. Burning gasoline pressure curve with the crank Angle siege area is the largest. As the emission test shows, when separately burning LPG and gasoline and dual fueled, the tendency of the excess air coefficient and the emission characteristics with the load change are same. When using LPG and dual-fuel, compared with burning gasoline, HC and NOx emission were reduced.

Abstract: A new kind of power train was developed for low speed lorry with top speed less than 70km/h. this new hybrid power train is mainly consisted of clutch, transmission, engine, engine controller, vehicle controller, power battery, electric motor, and main differential. The main differential has a set of gear for power input, which is for engine and motor power coupling. This new system can provide pure engine driving, pure motor driving, hybrid driving, and braking energy regeneration according to different conditions, which can save energy and improve efficiency.

Abstract: Engineering modeling and simulation is an important information technology, widely used in mechanical engineering design, which have made deeply influence on the industry involving all kind of branches. Ocean engineering is a significant industrial branch which aspires to a lot of heavy-load equipments. The super heavy-load salvage grab is one of the essential equipment used for the salvage sunken ship in deep-sea. The key technology for the deep-sea salvage grab is how to generate enough grab force and make the teeth penetrate into the deck of sunken ship and lift it from the deep water. For the working condition is the deep sea, the endure loads of the grab is complicated, so its very valuable to research how design the super heavy-load salvage grab. This paper is focus on the super heavy-load deep-sea salvage grab by using engineering modeling and simulation technology; try to achieve the important data and find the good method for industrial design reference.

Abstract: A kind of plate heat pipe radiator is designed as LED lighting heat dissipating arrangement. The plate heat pipe radiator structure is optimized by the thermal analysis software ANSYS and the optimized parameter is: fin space, 5mm, length, 180mm, width, 51mm. The optimized heat pipe radiator is validated by experiments. The experimental results and the simulation results are consistent with each other, which further verified good temperature uniformity of the heat pipe.

Abstract: In order to improve battery performance and extend its service life in 42V power supply of hybrid electrical vehicle, will be combine of ultra capacitors and batteries, so that both could output/absorb the high-rate impact current, but also to meet the high-rate current required for high energy density. The paper compared respective advantages and disadvantages of batteries and ultra capacitors as an energy source applied in hybrid electrical vehicle, selected the collectivity project of synergic electric power based on batteries and ultra capacitors, analyzed the work process of synergic electric power, through analysis and demonstration and experimental data validated the scheme is feasible.

Abstract: This paper introduces the structure and working principle of a new type of automatic medicine renewing and final alarming intravenous infusion device. The control system and the choosing of stepping motor are also discussed. Experiments show that this device can open and close the infusion tubes effectively so the medicine can be renewed automatically, and sound the alarm finally. With this device, the unattended infusion can be realized, the medical labor intensity can be effectively reduced, the clinical safety and work efficiency can be improved.

Abstract: In order to improve the loading accuracy of a disc brake used as loading device, we have developed an experimental equipment and carried out a number of experiments, the influencing factors of loading accuracy are analyzed experimentally and theoretically. The results show that 1) the disc brake can meet the requirements of the load simulation and be used in practical application; 2) it is the geometric axis tilt that causes the torque fluctuations. It indicates that more attention should be paid to the geometric axis of the brake disc to minimize the installation errors and improve the loading accuracy. Research findings of this paper provides theoretical and experimental basis for the practical applications of the disc brake used as a loading device.
