Abstract: As one of large engineering projects, suburban roads plays an important role in urban construction, however, there exists a great many risks in the entire constructing process, which restrict the course of the project in varying degrees. It may cause the construction delay, property loss, and even leave serious quality problems if handled improperly. This paper analyzes the reason of suburban roads construction delay from three aspects which are owner, construction and supervision units, and give some corresponding countermeasures for reference.

Abstract: In recent years, BIM is applied in the various fields of engineering and construction, its superior integrated 3D imaging characteristics becomes increasingly prominent. The engineering colleges around the world are actively exploring future personnel training mode based on BIM. In this paper, we arranged the experience of domestic universities BIM teaching practice, determine a set of new teaching mode of BIM which is suitable for our college architecture, that is making project practice teaching as the carrier, enhancing more professional cooperation, deepening detail and improving performance effectiveness.

Abstract: The historical statistics show that the fault probability of power system components in severe weather is significantly increased. In recent years, severe weather has become one of the main risk sources of the safe operation of power system because of its frequent occurrence. Based on risk theory, we fully consider the possibility of power system fault in severe weather, and use branch overload, bus voltage violation and loss of load as severity indexes of power system static security in severe weather, and build a risk assessment model of power system static security that it can provide an effective tool to identify the weaknesses of the power system static security in severe weather. Finally we illustrate the application of the model combined with numerical example.

Abstract: Based on the knowledge management theory, social constructivist theory, the theory ofteam learning, object-oriented programming methods, from the student's learning characteristicsand the technology platform and operating environment and etc., feasibility analysis and needsanalysis are carried out. System design and development are becoming into the design goals ofsocial, intelligence and humanity , the abstract factory design pattern to SQL Sever as a databaseservice system are chosen to be used a number of key technologies, combined with intelligent,high-performance, full-featured search technology, efficient, general purpose, open-to-useWeb-based course system are designed and developed.

Abstract: [Objective] The research of digital games characteristics and connotations are to explorecreating favorable conditions of independent study; to analyze the learning motivation, learningactivities and process, self-confidence, aesthetic ability of students during the activities of thedigital game, to learn the impact of creativity.[Methods] Simulation, experimental teaching, thecomparison of experimental and traditional teaching methods are used. [Results] The experimentsshow that the vast majority of learners on the digital game for learners to create learning conditionsand elements, as well as to develop learners' abilities and have made a positive evaluation (M= 4.059, SD = 0.732). Endorsement or in favor of digital games very much are to improve theircapacity for cooperation and autonomy which accounted for 93.6% and 78.2% respectively;endorsement or in favor of such an environment favorable to learning accounted for 78.4%; that thelearning environment for students to learn positive emotions accounted for 95.8%; 87.1% of the testthat the environment to cultivate their sense of learning. [Conclusion] Digital game provides theindependent study of effective resources, environment, elements, activities and processes, but alsocontains the self-motivation to learn; digital game activities contributed to enhancing learners'self-confidence, aesthetic skills, creativity, help to lead to a research study of the learners; aneffective way of learning is the integration of learning and entertainment.

Abstract: [Objective] This paper investigates new Web-based course content in the Networkenvironment, the role of curriculum evaluation and significance, the evaluation methods, processes,and should adhere to the principles of the network. [Process and methods] The process and methodsare compared with the traditional environment through experimental research, theoretical researchand system analysis combined with the digital network environment, access to experimental controlwith a combination of survey methods. [Results] It focuses on teaching content, learning resourcesand resides among the contents of teaching strategies and learning strategies of evaluation,involving students, teachers, learning materials, online teaching support systems, learning supportand service system in each part. evaluation of online courses plays a guiding role in guiding thedesign and development of online courses in the right direction; By analyzing the course of learningresources, learning process and its causes, we can determine its effectiveness, shortcomings,contradictions and problems and find out the reasons, ways and measures for improvements. canimprove the network quality of the course and optimize teaching. [Conclusion] Online courseteaching evaluation of network can provide reliable protection and guidance function, and it is astrong fulcrum in the whole systems engineering courses and online teaching.

Abstract: Research on frequent resource conflict in project-driven enterprises to establish the evaluation index system by integrating multiple evaluation rules of project activities, and evaluate two or more activities or tasks in the resource conflict by the multi-level grey comprehensive evaluation method, in which the one that has the highest evaluation value will be given priority to use the resource. The use of specific examples shows that it is practicable to tackle with the resource conflict of the enterprise.

Abstract: Practical decision making, such as fuzzy multiple attribute decision making, involves many uncertainties with respect to all elements of the basic decision making model. Soft-computing approaches such as fuzzy inference and theories of fuzzy mathematics have been widely developed to achieve practical decision making. This paper proposes to select a representative scheme among a large set of available options by applying fuzzy extremum analysis. According to the objective function, the method standardizes an input vector through the intuitionistic fuzzy set, from which we construct the conversion relationship tables and finally calculate the optimal solution by fuzzy membership functions. The proposed method has been tested on teaching evaluation of Shaanxi Polytechnic Institute.

Abstract: Android system has become the world's most widely used phone platform, overtaking Symbian in the fourth quarter of 2010, and the software of choice for technology companies who require a low-cost, customizable, lightweight operating system for high tech devices without developing one from scratch, so it is possible used in rural distance learning. The text introduced a method of rural distance learning based on Android system, and the software design is given, the test effect is shown. The terminal users can get the information service through the Android system phone, which is suitable for rural users.

Abstract: The platform of rural distance learning (PRDL) is an interactive tool used to farmers for the video training, interactive consulting, teaching and management with the features of resource integration, safe, and reliable. PRDL was dual-network transmission structure via the Internet and E-government network, covering all the Beijings towns and villages, which is applied media asset management technology to build a municipal teaching resource library. The problems of PRDL are solved such as complex network for rural areas, limited bandwidth resources and diverse user needs base on in-depth study of distance learning key technologies. It is for farmers learning modern agricultural technology to provide a strong support.
