Abstract: After years of research, the writer puts forward the strategy of optimizing adjustment of locomotive circulation layout. First of all, generate the most possible locomotive long circulation optimization in the solution space as "alternative set" according to certain principles. Secondly, an optimization adjustment strategy is proposed and a rough set-based extension multi-objective decision making model is established based on the "alternative set" to get the best plan. In the end, its advancement and practicability is provided through calculating examples. The study not only is a breakthrough for adjustment of locomotive affair productivity distribution, but also fills the blank in the implementation of the locomotive long circulation theory system and framework.

Abstract: In view of the present situation of harmonic management at present, put forward the harmonic pollution emissions trading and harmonic insurance contract mechanism of the two methods to manage. We first introduce the basic idea of harmonic pollution emissions trading, the general steps and market supervision. Through emissions trading to the regional total funds management and harmonic environment capacity can achieve optimal allocation. Secondly, introduces the mechanism of harmonic insurance contract, by using the method of electric harmonic insurance contract signed between the two sides of the harmonics management. By concluding an insurance contract will users due to harmonic problem and the loss of risk transfer to the electric power company, the loss of the user can obtain a reasonable compensation. Implementation of the harmonic pollution emissions trading and harmonic insurance contract management method, could make the power network and the user to achieve profit optimization and take the initiative to improve power quality, but also promoted the development and technology of harmonic method.

Abstract: This paper studies the connotation and features of green manufacturing-oriented machining process planning and the methods to optimize it. It argues that, through optimized decision making and planning concerning process routes, process methods, process equipments, process parameters, process programs and so forth, each phase of the technological procedure can be improved to be more environmental friendly. Hence both economic and social benefits will be coordinated and optimized during product production. Fewer resources will be consumed and the negative influence on the environment will be mitigated.

Abstract: According to the shortcomings such as long cycle, large consumption in view of the traditional method of shipbuilding, introduce the method named collaborative design, build hull production design process model. First, decompose hull production design process, then introduce the method of DSM-matrix to describe hull production design task, build the hull production design process model, then based on the model, develop collaborative design system. And use the system to make the hull production design process more reasonable. At last successfully apply them to the collaborative design system. The results suggest that the hull production design method based on DSM-matrix can effectively shorten the manufacturing cycle and save material.

Abstract: This paper introduces the function and meaning of permanent refuge cavern construction of coal mine. According to the composition of the permanent refuge cavern system, functions of other subsystems, construction site, daily maintenance and harmonious and unified of each system operation, design and study of the system have been introduced in this paper. Focus on the analysis of the specific characteristics of each subsystem and the contents of each subsystem required quantization, provide the basis for the design and construction of coal mine permanent refuge chamber.

Abstract: Firstly, analysis was presented for the problem of material demand forecast. Secondly, the single moving average and double moving average method were applied to the material demand forecast. Finally, an actual numerical example was presented to illustrate the model. The result shows that the model is reasonable and easy to carry out for engineering.

Abstract: Firstly, on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the modern storage system, the compound process of warehousing systems simulation model was built; Then, warehousing operations were simulated under the orderly storage model, and the improved design was carried out for the congestion problem; Finally, simulation results were analyzed. Results show that the improved device configuration makes full use of each machinery and equipment, and improves the efficiency of the whole warehouse system.

Abstract: Cultural diversity and language variants resulting from the fast development of information technology influence the college English teaching including its methods and contents. Based on this background, we have discussed the understanding of multimodality and multiliteracies in the first part. Then through the research about college students’ awareness and level of multiliteracies, we can conclude that college students’ weak performance in multiliteracies. Therefore, some methods are suggested to improve college students’ multiliteracies and at last the instructions that the concept of multiliteracies has brought about for college English teaching are discussed.

Abstract: The principle and design method of measuring the water level signal based on the multi-channel electrode-type water level gauge were introduced. On the basis of analyzing the characteristic of reclaimed water treatment system, an integrated project design was proposed. The monitor system implemented IPC and PLC, which fulfilled frequency conversion and configuration technology. PC monitor software adopted King View industry control software, which was designed to realize displaying technologic flow, alarming, and historical curve and report forms.
