Abstract: This paper introduced an electrical measurement system based on virtual instrument theory. This system uses the design method of component object model (COM) , which makes the software serviced and updated very easily. This system also uses the Access database, introducing the idea of "real-time measuring savings". The whole system doesnt increase much cost, simplify the measuring process and improve the efficiency, achieves the anticipated aims very well.

Abstract: Based on the virtual instrument technology, a dedicated test system has been developed for cavity beam position monitor (CBPM). The system consists of commercial nanopositioning stage and its controller, the analog output DAQ card based on PXI and network analyzer. In the LABVIEW environment, software which implemented function of instrument control and data acquisition based on virtual instrument soft architecture (VISA) has been developed. Experimental results illustrated that the test system achieved positioning precision of sub micron which meets requirement of test of CBPM. Also it could serve CBPM signal processing system.

Abstract: SCR controller is one of the components of the SCR system, which should pass the test pulse 5b. The features and test requirements of pulse 5b are introduced. Its energy is very large, so passing the test is difficult. Two surge voltage suppression circuits are designed. The first design utilized a surge stopper-LT4356, its work process includes fault timer period, warning period and cooling period. During the cooling period, the SCR controller cannot work normally. So connecting a capacitor in parallel to the output of the surge voltage suppression circuit is used to improving its performance. The second design utilized two pieces of TVS, since the test pulse is continuous, steady state power dissipation must be considered when choose TVS. Finally, it verifies the feasibility of the two design schemes by experiments and leads to a selection criteria for them.

Abstract: Based on the analysis of advantages and disadvantages of the DC system insulation monitoring principle, a new DC system insulation monitoring device is put forward, which is a combination of balanced bridge and switching resistance. Bus voltage detection circuit and branch drain current acquisition module are designed to monitor the insulating state of bus and branch, respectively. The STM32 microcontrollers are used as master MCU and acquisition MCU. In this way, a decentralized modular multi-core detection structure is established. Further, the hardware and software parts of the DC system insulation monitoring device are designed in detail. By testing the prototype in a variety of ground states, the accuracy of ground resistance measurement, branch positioning and fault alarm is verified.

Abstract: At present, there are various types of motorcycles road test devices, but the corresponding calibrating apparatus are lacking in our country. A calibrating apparatus of motorcycle road test device was designed. MSP430 was used as control unit. The timing square wave generated by Timer B outputted by the I/O port was taken as the control signal of the stepping motor, and the control signal drove the stepping motor through the L297 and L298N chips. At the same time, four buttons were used to control the status of the motor, and an AMPIRE-12864 was used to display the real-time data of speed of stepping motor measured by the photoelectric encoder. The system software was implemented by C language under the environment of IAR for MSP430, and the system overall and module simulation were implemented under PROTUES software environment. Finally, the calibrating test was conducted. The results prove this apparatus can obtain the anticipant effect.

Abstract: The paper designed a portable remote wireless ECG monitor system for daily health monitoring, which used a high-performance ARM11 microprocessor S3C6410 as the core. It can achieve a real-time display and remote monitoring of the ECG signal, with the advantages of portability, energy-saving, powerful function, security and stability. The detector is mainly for family, hospitals and community.

Abstract: The emergence of the radio frequency type prepayment meter will guide the inhabitant energy meter management toward automation from IC card management and the artificial metering work. In this paper, it introduces the principle of the single-phase prepayment meter based on radio frequency identification (RFID), develops a method of energy sale management that integrates radio frequency identification and IEC62055-41 standard transfer specification (STS), and designs its hardware and software. This design makes full use of the advantages that radio frequency card is passivity and non-contact, and STS is a sound and versatile specification. The production practices shows that the radio frequency card reads and writes stably, has strong ability of anti-interference, delivers data credibly, and the management is real-time and convenience.

Abstract: Along with the network technology and virtual reality technology development, the enterprise product display mode is changing from the traditional two-dimensional way to greater competitiveness of three dimensional display mode. In the current 3D display system, almost every kind of model all need a specific display plug-in which makes the system cant be in common use. Based on the study of the XVL technology, this paper uses the XVL in data conversion advantage to solve the system generality problem,and combine with 3D rapid modeling technology, XVL interactive technology to develope a 3D product display system which is suitable for rapid development and has strong commonality and strong interaction.

Abstract: The calibration of Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) is the premise of inertial navigation. It includes series of test items, takes a long time, and requires lots of data transferring and calculating operations. Traditional manual method is difficult to ensure its reliability and efficiency. This paper presented an automated IMU calibration system with three layers: the test hardware devices, the calibration software and the calibration database. Calibration software controlled the tests running in the temperature box, on the turntable, vibration table and marble horizontal table. Calibration database stored the test data and calibration parameters. Through the LabVIEW aided database technique, the system not only completed all the test items but also integrated and simplified the calibration procedure. The verification test results showed that the system improved the calibration efficiency and enhanced the calibration reliability greatly.
