Abstract: This paper devotes to vibration test based on digital videometrics. The new non-contact measuring technology has good dynamic performance and high accuracy. It is applied to the suspension cable of an indoor scaled model of FAST telescope and successfully gets the identified modal parameters such as natural frequency and damping ratio. Special focus is put on the principle of digital videometrics and the testlayout. Besides, the related signal processing before parameter identification is also discussed.

Abstract: this paper introduces an output method of arbitrary waveform signal on the FPGA by uses DDS principle. Arbitrary waveform dates produced by the upper machine are downloaded to the waveform RAM of the DDS through the serial port, and realize the control of frequency and phase by using single-chip microcomputer. The upper machine with using LabWindows/CVI software design, realizes arbitrary waveform output.

Abstract: SoPC technology is a high-performance, low-power consumption embedded system solution based on embedded microprocessor, providing a new way for developing new type centralized engineering seismograph. The paper presents the development of a new type centralized engineering seismograph based on SoPC technology, which adopts FPGA design based on SoPC technology for the hardware design and embedded software program development of the 48-channel engineering seismograph. According to actual needs of currently available centralized engineering seismograph, combining the actual characteristics of SoPC embedded technology, a portable, low-power consumption and high-performance new type centralized engineering seismograph is constructed. The paper describes the hardware design and software program implementation of the centralized engineering seismograph in detail.

Abstract: According to actual needs of measurement system, the virtual instrument with functions of automatic acquisition and automatic control was built by NI data acquisition card. Then, automatic control and measurement system with modular features was set up using LabVIEW software. The mode of autonomous configuration is flexible and convenient, which can greatly improve the adaptability of the device in the actual measurement. The experimental efficiency was enhanced, and the experimental data was reliable.

Abstract: Characteristic parameters of piezoelectric ceramic have immeasurable effects on its performance. On the basis of the equivalent circuit of piezoelectric ceramic, dynamic resonance method is used to measure a series of cylindrical piezoelectric coefficients. Based on labview virtual instrument technology, an automatic measurement system with Agilent E4980A impedance analyzer is developed. The characteristics of impedance frequency response are recorded and the admittance circle is drawn. Then the major parameters including d33 are measured automatically and the reports are generated. Finally, E-S(Electric-Strain) method is adopted to verify the reliability of the measurement results. The results showed that the dynamic resonance method had good repeatability with the standard deviation no more than 1.66%, and the test values were in accord with the E-S method.

Abstract: On the basis of the introduction of new virtual instrument development model, Qin's model, this paper discusses the virtual instrument development theory and analyzes the characteristics of this development mode. Based on the discussion above, the noise analyzer with practical test function was developed and the correctness and feasibility of development mode of the virtual instrument were verified.

Abstract: Functions and features of servo system are, as well as composition and working principle of DEWE 2010 portable data acquisition system, introduced. Feasibility of using DEWE 2010 data acquisition platform to test rapidity performance parameters of servo system is analyzed. Identification method for rapidity performance parameters is given out by research of rapidity model and signal definitions. Parameters are, such as overshooting, fluctuation number and transferring time, defined for servo system. LabWindows and MATLAB co-programming method is used to realize automatic measurement of rapidity performance parameters. Test results indicate that the measuring accuracy and automation level of this method meet the test requirements.

Abstract: Based on ARM embedded platform and WINCE system we developed an intelligent system oriented to test processes in the power supply industry. The intelligent instruments management system(IIMS) used RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) technology and achieved the functions such as automatic instruments identification, automatic confirmation of the operators, the operations of warehouse site controller, electronic use records, etc. IIMS could be controlled remotely via LAN(Local area network). IIMS was applied to the test team in Dongguan Power Supply Bureau. The implemental results show that it greatly enhances instruments usage efficiency. The average time of check-in and check-out of each instrument in the regular operations drops from 69 seconds to 11 seconds. The implementation also shows that IIMS is responsive with stable performance.

Abstract: This paper researches synchronous measurement system with digital meters Agilent 3458A based on Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0. In this system, two digital meters connect to PC by USB/GPIB bus and arbitrary waveform generator 33220A provides external trigger signal to the digital meters. Based on these, we have developed the synchronous measurement software, which can facilitate the realization of automatic measurement and improve measurement efficiency. The measurement method can overcome effect of high voltage power supply ripple and drift as well as decrease type A uncertainty more than 100 times especially in the measurement of voltage divider ratio.

Abstract: To meet the needs of test for compound oscillatory roller transmission (CORT) reducer, A comprehensive test system for precision transmission performance was designed, the test-bed structure and control principal of which were introduced. First, a transmission performance test method was proposed and focused on the transmission performance of velocity ratio, accuracy, and efficiency. Then, user interface based on LabVIEW program was designed, and the transmission performance of torque, angle, velocity, velocity ratio, return difference, efficiency could be displayed. Finally, measurement example on an E80 type CORT reducer has been made, and shows that the proposed test system is suitable for test for these reducers of high-precision drive, high stiffness, high load characteristics.
