Abstract: A kind of comprehensive performance test-bed of automobile electric power steering system was designed. IPC was applied to the main control system. Testing software was developed based on Visual Basic. AC servo system was assembled to respectively simulate input torque and load torque, the manual input torque can also be realized by operating steering wheel. The motion control card MPC08 is used to control the motion of Servo motor. Test data is collected by using multi-function data collection card. The lifting gears were assembled to install input/output shaft servo motor and EPS. Test results show that the test-bed can verify the control strategies and accurately detect the assist characteristic of EPS.

Abstract: This paper designs a greenhouse environment system based on JN5148. The system uses JN5148 as the main module, setting up the wireless network with JenNet protocol stack. This system realizes true-time monitoring of environment factors which include air temperature and humidity, light intensity and CO2 concentration etc, rolling machines and pumps remote control. Test results show that system network operates stably, data acquisition precision is high, notes consume low and feedback control is accurate, and meets the application requirements of the greenhouse environment parameters monitoring.

Abstract: In this paper, hardware composition and software design of auto-scaling system for electrical tuned attenuator based on GPIB is proposed. The proposed system is mainly composed of personal computer, USB-GPIB interface card, phasor network analyzer, data acquisition card and electrical tuned attenuator. System software is developed in graphical programming language LabVIEW. It can realize the insertion loss measurement and scaling of electrical tuned attenuator in the frequency range from 0 to 20GHz.The system can greatly reduce the time of scaling. Comparing with the conventional scaling system, this system is advantageous in reducing the time for taking measurement and in simplifying the method of scaling and testing.

Abstract: For the problem of manual manipulation and data asynchronous acquisition, the opinion of digital test was introduced. Based on the existing equipment, control and test method, the overall design of test platform was put forward. In the following, the data sharing, the software control system, dynamometer system, lube oil control system and cooling water control system were designed respectively. In the end, the digital test platform was developed. Under the new test platform, the test conditions can be adjusted automatically, the measurement device can be remote-controlled, the test data can be collected and recorded in synchronization and the test results can be sent to the designers in time.

Abstract: A kind of test bench of electric power steering system was designed. The measure and control software was developed for the test bench based on virtual instrument technology. The test was carried out. Test results show that the measure and control software can detect the performance of the EPS prototype of electric bus.

Abstract: A kind of portable digital storage oscilloscope (DSO) is developed in this paper. It builds trigger, storage, measurement module for embedded system with programmable logic resource of FPGA chip. The external digital circuits of a digital oscilloscope is achieved. And it saves a lot of cost by implanting NIOS II soft-core processor as the control unit of the system in the FPGA. This system has the function of automatic frequency control (AFC) and automatic gain control (AGC), and it can measure the signal conveniently.

Abstract: The safety performance of Electric Vehicle (EV) charging equipments during the charging process will be the critical factor to the development of EVs Industry. Because of the high investment costs and the low accuracy of temperature-rise test system for EV charging coupler, a new remote test system including virtual instrument LabVIEW technology and communication transformation technology is applied to practical work. One temperature-rise test system designed for EV charging coupler is shown in this paper. With the advantages of LabVIEW as graphic programming and multithreading, real-time data acquisition, on-line monitoring and dynamic data preservation can be achieved by this temperature-rise test system. This test system simulates the change status of current data and makes a comprehensive research and evaluation temperature-rise characteristics of the charging coupler by analyzing the collected parameters and historical data when charging for EV.

Abstract: A simple electrochemical test system based on aptasensor for ATP detection is constructed in this paper. This system includes a home-made signal conditioning module, a Data Acquisition Card, a personal computer installed with LabVIEW and a self-assembly aptasensor. The electrochemical control programs are developed in LabVIEW, which generated drive signals, scanned the potential of the working electrode, acquired and stored the data, queried and displayed the results. This electrochemical test system is in small dimension, which makes it suitable for in-field measurements. In order to clarify the electrochemical properties of the electrochemical test system, cyclic voltammetry (CV) was used to monitor the process in details.

Abstract: In the system, the gas concentration values about formaldehyde, benzene and ammonia are detected by the gas sensors of high precision, high selectivity and its signal adjusting circuit. The digital signal processor (DSP) is used as the core controller. Three sets of three bit digital tubes are adopted to display gas concentration value. Sound and light alarm signals are send out with the light emitting diode and a buzzer. The ventilation device is configured to promote indoor air circulation and reduce pollution gas concentration. In addition, the modular program of the system is written with the assembly language. The system has the advantages of simple operation and stronger practicability.

Abstract: Oilfield waterflood system efficiency test set and computation analysis software can monitor real-time electric power consumption of waterflood system and optimize parameters in waterflood activity in time. This test tool adopts chip microprocessor as electric circuit for acquisition of pressure, flow rate and electricity. Wireless transmission applies Bluetooth and GPRS techniques. The computation analysis software has such functions as graphic simulation, efficiency computation, behavior diagnosis and design optimization. The filed application of this tool effectively cuts production cost and achieves the goal of energy saving.
