Abstract: With the economic and social development, the classified cultivation of graduate students is the inevitable requirement of high-level personnel supply, and at the same time, it is the opportunity for the self-improvement and self-renewal of higher education. In this paper, the present situation and the problems of the classification training of graduate student are analyzed.Taking the graduate training practice of Sichuan agricultural university as an example. The paper discusses about how to improve the quality of graduate student education more effectively and the comprehensive ability of applied graduate students. Finally this paper comes up with the classified collaborative training mode.

Abstract: In order to solve the bilingual course engineering professional requirements so that it can meet the professional knowledge and enhance language ability of the teaching goal, through by use of the introduction of anchored instruction strategies to the problem oriented design thinking of bilingual teaching, decomposed several teaching units. The bilingual teaching of safety management can take as an example, the concrete implementation including teaching preparation, teaching process, creating situation analysis, teaching the effect of assessment. We can introduced the concept of knowledge map to constructed the knowledge structure of teaching unit in safety management bilingual curriculum, which contribute to the formation of teacher-student interaction into a good situation during the bilingual teaching.

Abstract: E-government has intrinsic unity of value with service-oriented government, implementing e-government, strengthening social management and public service is an inevitable requirement for building service-oriented government. The effects of e-government in the service-oriented government building manifested through the interaction between government and citizens, government and enterprises and institutions, and governments themselves. E-government can enhance the concept of government services, promote the transformation of government functions, and improve the efficiency of government operations.

Abstract: Cloud computing is a new proposed computing model based on grid computing and the core technology of next generation network platform. It provides reliable and secure data storage, convenient web services and strong capability of calculation. In education, cloud computing will be the fundamental environment and platform of future network learning. It will have positive effect in building good learning environment, integration of resources and other aspects of e-learning.

Abstract: Games have been shown to be highly effective in education. Consequently, game-based learning is attracting more attention from researchers. However, the existing game-based learning systems lack the effective learning method required to provide a proper review strategy for the enhancement of learning. This paper proposes a game-based learning system using the graduated-interval recall method to organize game contents and learning courses with appropriate review intervals according to learning status. The evaluations were conducted on the proposed system at Gwacheon National Science Museum in Korea with children visitors. The validity of the proposed system was verified by an analysis of the experimental data.

Abstract: The evaluation index system of life-cycle asset management is the basis of scientific assessment of power grid assets management level, is the carrier of the grid quality operation. This article in view of the new requirements for the whole life-cycle of asset management under the new environment, Construct a four layer tree evaluation index system, to conduct a comprehensive evaluation on the level of assets management. Realizing the maximization of benefits, and make power grid in safe and stable operation at the same time.

Abstract: We review on the literatures gleaned from science citation index expanded (SCI-EXPANED) and Social Sciences Citation Index (SSCI) database on web of science, concerning evaluation research in E-Learning system. The result indicates that the number of citation literature on this topic mainly distributes in recently 7 years, reaching climax of 30 in 2012 and then followed by 2011. The main research territory is Taiwan. And from the analysis of research area, computer science accounts for 83.3333%. Accordingly the percentage of source title as computers education is 41.667%. The related research can be classified into evaluation part of the system and evaluation the whole E-Learning system.

Abstract: In this paper we put forward the framework of domain knowledge acquisition based on the documents with the ontology theory and knowledge acquisition theory. We present four aspects of the framework for knowledge acquisition: establishing domain core ontology, text preprocessing, domain ontology knowledge acquisition and improving domain ontology. A core ontology is the core concepts and relationships of the domain area. Text preprocessing mainly analyzes and processes Chinese webpage to generate sets of words. Domain ontology knowledge acquisition parses the core ontology and completes concept matching and ontology editing. Improving domain ontology is to infer and evaluate core ontology expanded and make the ontology more scientific and reasonable. The proposed framework can be applied as a useful benchmark or guidance in domain knowledge acquisition.
