Abstract: Analysis the super-mild hybrid electric vehicle and its transmission system, the transmission system model of low-gear is established through bond graph. Establish vehicle control simulation model, development of low-gear control strategy to simulation. The simulation results show that the fuel economy and emission performance are improved.

Abstract: In this paper, Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) is used to analyze the micro self-vibration of aerostatic bearing with pocketed orifice type restrictor as the bearings performance is stable and it is widely used ultra-precision equipments. By using Large Eddy Simulation (LES), time-variation flow field inside the bearing is obtained. Then the pressure fluctuation characteristics is discussed because it influences the micro self-vibration of the bearing directly. Moreover, the relationship between bearing diameter, orifice diameter, air chamber diameter, air chamber depth and the micro self-vibration is researched. The results can be considered for the designing of ultra-precision aerostatic bearing with pocketed orifice type restrictor.

Abstract: This paper introduces the working principle and the failure phenomenon of the steel hydraulic station of Xian steel rolling mill, Shaanxi Longmen Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. We made a synthesis of the reasons of the failure phenomenon. On this basis, we put forward the improvement measures about the steel hydraulic system. The work showed that this improved method can effectively solve the failure phenomenon of the Steel hydraulic station, thereby achieves good results and a certain economic and social benefit.

Abstract: In this work, the re-design of the camfollower mechanism of an industrial cutting file machine is presented. The actual mechanical system includes a forceclosure cam mechanism, which requires an external force to keep the contact between the cam and the follower provided by a spring. This system is substituted by a new cam mechanism of the type of formclosure, which does not require external force. The formclosure camfollower mechanism, also called positive-return cam mechanism, guarantees that the cam surface is always in contact with the follower surface, and is characterized by having constantbreadth. Classical Mechanic Theory performs the study of the kinematic and dynamic characteristics of the cam mechanism analyzed throughout this work. Furthermore, a commercial package software was used to create a virtual model and analyze the motion characteristics of the new cam mechanism.

Abstract: This paper mathematically described the supplies loading problem of military equipment support dispatching force. Through taking all supplies average loading as the objective function, taking the same kind of supplies group loading, no overweight and overcapacity, no-repeated loading and packing as constraint conditions, optimization model was put forward. And the effectiveness of the model was validated by the example computation.

Abstract: In order to solve the electromagnetic radiation problem of traditional computer mouse and computer keyboard, we disclose sets of new anti-radiation computer mouse and computer keyboard. These anti-radiation computer mouse and keyboard are specially designed in frame and enclosure. The mouse shell is divided into front and rear part, or segregated two enclosures by shielding board in mouse shell. The circuit of mouse is set in front part of the mouse. Left and right push-button and manual rollers are set in rear part of mouse. The control circuit of keyboard is detached from it and set in a card that can be plug in expansion slot of computer. They have all the advantages of traditional computer mouse and keyboard, and much more than this, they are anti-radiation. These anti-radiation computer mouse and keyboard are green products, have no radiation to computer users.

Abstract: This article discusses the aircraft fuel tank flammability. Firstly, Given the qualitative analysis of aircraft fuel tank flammability, Based on this, Detailed discussion of the quantitative analysis method based on the Monte Carlo method of aircraft fuel tank, and verified through the instance. The results show that the analysis can determine the main factors affecting fuel tank flammability and fuel tank flammable levels of exposure. And have engineering application value on aircraft fuel tank safety.

Abstract: Although accident analysis shows that side impact accidents continue to be dangerous for children in cars, the majority technical regulations of Child Restraint Systems (CRS) are focused on the crash performance under the frontal and rear impacts and do not include a side impact test, the main reason is that no good method to test side impact performance of CRS has been agreed on yet in the world. In this paper one side impact test method based on double sled concept is presented and realized. And several CRS models are tested; injury response values are measured from child dummy. It is observed that the sled buck concept is repeatable and able to distinguish preliminarily between CRS models.

Abstract: Difference of trolley traction distribution and slip angle of tire wheels may cause extra horizontal force to legs of tire gantry crane. The case and cause were studied to estimate the force for the crane design, control, and operation. And that was compared with one specialized in the design rules of rail gantry crane. It can be found that under proper control and operation condition the later can also be applied to the tire gantry crane.

Abstract: Based on Newtons laws of motion, equilibrium conditions of plane force system and ankle joint structural features, a force analysis was made of ankle joint when people leaning forward and standing on one leg and lifted lead with overweight and weightlessness. The results showed that force on the talus when people leaning forward and standing on one leg with overweight is 1.5 times of that in equilibrium and force on the talus when people standing on lifted lead with overweight is 1.3 times of that in equilibrium. The force on the talus in the above two conditions will increase with the increasing over-speed.
