Abstract: At present pneumatic miniature robotic control system usually adopts PID control strategy. The basic PID control strategy has its limitations. To cope with this problem, a lot of methods to optimize this strategy have been researched. In the paper an improved single neural network PID control strategy is put forward. The control strategy is a single neuron adaptive controller with adjusting weighting coefficient. Both simulation and experimental results indicate that this scheme is a feasible control method for the 3-dof pneumatic miniature robotic control system.

Abstract: The process monitoring and fault diagnosis is one of the important problems in the process industry. Archived monitoring data is valuable for long-term analysis and decision making. In this paper, we propose a general architecture to manage and storage archived monitoring data. It has been implemented within an archiving terabytes of monitoring data in metallurgy industry. It is an effective way to solve the problems of the efficiency and expandability via practical applications.

Abstract: Distributed optical fiber sensor can acquire the information of physical field along time and spatial continuous distribution. It plays an important role in long-distance oil and electricity transmission and security. In this paper, the author introduced the universal steps in triggering pattern recognition, which includes signal characteristics extracting by accurate endpoint detecting, templates establishing by training, and pattern matching. By training the samples acquired in the laboratory, three templates are established. And pattern matching had been done between templates and all the samples. The results show that, 87.5 percent of the samples are matched correctly with the triggering patterns they are belonging to.

Abstract: This thesis summarized the content of IOCP( I/O completion port ). It was improved in connection with the defect that is data communications more occupation on server system resources and its poor parallel processing ability, in the original on-line automatic-monitoring platform. It improved the shortcomings of the original data communication through the package IOCP model. And we launched an exploratory study about the package IOCP model.

Abstract: This paper proposes a wheel slip control strategy for 4WD Electrical Vehicle with In-wheel Motors. In the first part of this paper, a brief introduction of sliding mode control for acceleration slip regulation is given. Consider that its control effect varies with road conditions, another algorithm which can automatically adapt to different roads is designed. This method takes advantage of the peculiarity of the longitudinal static tire force curve and regulates wheel slip ratio to the detected optimal value, aiming to maximize the traction force while preserving sufficient lateral tire force. Simulation results show that the slip rate can be regulated to a value around the optimal slip ratio, and the driving torque is very close to the maximum transmissible torque. The control strategy achieves stronger stability, shorter driving distance and hence better control performance.

Abstract: EAST (Experimental Advanced Superconducting Tokamak), a National Mage-project of Science Research of China, is a very important fusion experiment facility. The ability of magnetic confinement to plasma can be improved by elongating plasma cross-section to form divertor configuration in EAST. But elongated plasma has vertical displacement instability, without control, plasma will dash against wall of vacuum vessel and disrupt, that will cause failure of plasma discharge. So feedback control system is needed to restrain plasma vertical displacement. Fast control power supply excites active feedback coils, which produces magnetic field to control plasmas displacement. The validity of proposed scheme was confirmed by experiments, the active feedback system can reach design demand.

Abstract: A greenhouse monitoring and control system based on Zigbee networks was developed. This system consists of greenhouse data acquisition controller and greenhouse remote monitoring and control software. The system could monitor temperature and humidity, soil water content and concentration of carbon dioxide in greenhouse and could save these greenhouse data to database. Greenhouse acquisition controller had two kinds of control modes, including local manual control mode and remote wireless control mode in monitoring center. Greenhouse remote monitoring and control software can collect, display and record the collected data, also can control greenhouse environment. According to the current indoor temperature, the target temperature and the offset temperature, PID control method is used for temperature control in greenhouse. The system is implemented using low power wireless components, and easy to be installed. A good wireless solution is provided by this system for centralized management of the greenhouse group.

Abstract: In order to overcome the disadvantage of low accuracy for traditional monitoring technologies of river level, and solve the problems in real-time data acquisition and remote transmission for the existing hydrological observation, we design a new monitoring system of river level based on fiber grating technology, which can realize high sensitivity and automatic monitoring of river level. The system has been put into practical application in a monitoring project and the measurement results indicate that this system is of such advantages as real-time capability, high accuracy, unattended operation, and can well meet the present requirements of hydrological observation and measurement.
