Abstract: This paper presents a new offshore platform with rocking wall structure, and studies how to use the material more adequately by varying offshore platforms story rigidity. The results show that the greater the story stiffness, the more it can give full play to the material properties, as well as to improve the seismic capacity.

Abstract: This paper addresses the results of an experimental study on relationship between half-cell potentials and load carrying capacity of corroded concrete RC shear walls. There are four specimens in the test with the corrosion rate of 0%, 3%, 9% and 15%, respectively. Before and after the accelerate corrosion test, half-cell potential measurement was used to attain half-cell potentials. The horizontal load carrying capacity was attained under cyclic loading. Results show that load carrying capacity of corrosion damaged walls decrease with the increase of corrosion rate, as well as half-cell potentials. The relationship among corrosion rate, half-cell potentials and load carrying capacity is presented.

Abstract: The flexible overall hoisting technique is put forward for the construction of the 30000m2 COMAC roof which is made of solder ball grid structure. The numerical simulation is carried out and the effect of unequal lifting on structural behaviors is analyzed. Numerical analysis and engineering practicing show that the overall flexible hoisting technique is with sufficient safety and obvious advantage in economy.

Abstract: This paper aims at detailed investigation on the relationship between half-cell potentials and load carrying capacity of corroded RC beam-column joints. There are four specimens in the test with the corrosion rate to 0%, 3%, 9% and 15%. Results show that the potentials of normal joint are larger than that of corroded damaged joints. As the corrosion rate of joints increases, load carrying capacity and half-cell potentials decrease. Analytical method based on the values of half-cell potentials to evaluate the load carrying capacity of corroded joint is presented. Comparing the analytical and experimental results, the proposed method can predict the load carrying capacity of corroded reinforced concrete beam-column joints.

Abstract: Considering the structural characteristics of high-rise residential with regular plane design, simple load condition and small height change of standard floor, a new frame formwork support is proposed. According to eigenvalue buckling analysis, the research proves its stability bearing capacity and mechanics properties. MF1225 bearing capacity is determined by the out-of-plane stiffness. Ledger and bottom reinforcing tube improves the longitudinal stiffness and integrity in frame system.

Abstract: The continuous beam of reinforced concrete under fire is analyzed by using nonlinear finite element method. The stress and deformation of the three-span continuous beam of reinforced concrete are figured out through five typical analysis. The result shows that the temperature loading has a most disadvantage position similar to the structural loading.

Abstract: This paper makes a numerical simulation for a high-rise frame building with the basement by using the structural analysis program SAP2000. The seismic response of the building under interaction of pile-soil-structure (SSPI) is analyzed. A parametric study that involves evaluating the linear elastic seismic performance of eleven, thirteen and fifteen story buildings with one underground story, and buildings having one, two, three and four underground stories, and the influence of different soil stiffness was performed. It is found that the SSPI can greatly affect the seismic response of buildings in terms of the dynamic characteristics and deformation behavior. It is found that, for some of the cases considered, SSPI effects increase both the vibration period and horizontal displacement of the buildings. And some rules on seismic performance of buildings with the influence of parameter variation are summarized.

Abstract: In this article, we will do a numerical simulation of reinforced concrete beams (under-reinforced beam, balanced-reinforced beam, over-reinforcement beam). Analysis shows that use Solid65 element can simulate the nonlinear mechanical properties of the reinforced concrete beam under different reinforcement ratio better. So we think that the finite element software can be used to calculate the mechanical behavior of the reinforced concrete.

Abstract: To ensure the safe use of double column deflection machine for processing and manufacturing railway vehicles. This paper analyzes the use conditions of double column deflection machine, and makes a contact nonlinear finite element analysis on various typical use conditions. The positions of parts subject to danger can be found out through the results of static strength analysis, which finds out the weaknesses and prejudges the failure trend of parts, and which provides guidance for prejudging the faults in actual production and can prevent occurrence of accidents.

Abstract: In order to facilitate the construction, this paper presents a new type of cross-shaped frame joint of steel reinforced concrete special-shaped column, and the cross-shaped frame joint of new type of specially-shaped column is the regular concrete joint which is added acre steel-shaped steel. Numerical analysis is conducted on a regular concrete cross-shaped frame joint of specially-shaped column of a frame structure in the region with intensity 8 of Chinese intensity scale, and the joint of corresponding new type of specially-shaped column of the same structure, to obtain the conclusion that when the new type of cross-shaped frame joint of steel reinforced concrete special-shaped column is 6% in steel ratio, the ultimate bearing capacity of joint relative to the RC nodes can improve 34.5%.which shows that the cross-shaped frame joint of new type of specially-shaped column can not only has the advantages of convenient construction, accelerate the construction speed, and the shear capacity also has safeguard.
