Abstract: It is essential to find out the thermal property of building envelope in order to design economical and reasonable scheme of energy-saving reconstruction. Field testing is a method of receiving the thermal property of envelope when existing buildings are reconstructed. In this paper, we focus on the need for obtaining the thermal transfer coefficient. A methoddouble-sided heat flow meter was introduced and used to test the thermal property of wall. The testing results show that it provides a feasible method for colleting basal data of energy-saving reconstruction of existing buildings.

Abstract: The concrete block made of cement, gravel and waste residues is a new type of promotion material, but the problem of cracking existed commonly on the block wall affects seriously its use. This paper analyzes the causes of block wall cracking from the aspects of material, design, constructional measures, construction and management etc., and puts forward some corresponding precaution measures. It helps to limit or /and eliminate the block wall cracking, promote the healthy development of block, and provides valuable references for the similar engineering.

Abstract: Mobile roof structure is a new type of architecture in which part of, or all of the entire roof can be moved or retracted within a short period of time so that the building with movable roof can be used in open or closed states. The time spent by the movable structure in opening or closing generally ranges from 10 to 30 minutes, and it adopts mechanical control. The open efficiency of the structure concerns the economic efficiency of the architecture, and different architectures with distinct functions also have different open efficiencies. However, generally speaking, 75% is the relatively appropriate open rate according to the statistics.

Abstract: During the Yuzhen palace of Wudang mountain integral lifting project, the writer tests the mechanical performance of H-section steel reaction column in the case of initial small eccentricity. The writer gathers and analyzes the strain data of H-section steel reaction column, including the local strain and local strength, load - displacement relationship of H-section steel reaction column in different lifting pressure. The results show that the local strain and local strength, load - displacement change present a curve of H-section steel reaction column increase trend with the lifting pressure and initial eccentricity increase. But the whole stress reaction column is in the permitted range. It could provide reference for the reaction structure choosing in the lifting engineering.

Abstract: With the accelerated pace of urban construction, urban area continues to expand and urban village problems are growing more heated. Scientific planning has a major significance to promote a healthy development of urban village transformation. This article describes the urban village problems exist in China from the following four aspects: the policy and management, handling in planning, environment planning, public and municipal service facilities. The writers studied the planning results of Lujiazhuang urban village in Xinfu District, Xinzhou City, and raised planning strategy of urban villages from three aspects: relationship with surrounding functional areas, environment planning of urban villages, improvement of public and municipal service facilities.

Abstract: With the cementitious composite formwork without being removed, steel wire frame and formwork technology, a self-thermal and insulation-ribbed concrete floor is made. Through the tests of bend-bearing capacity of self-thermal and insulation-ribbed floor, the results show that the loads of the self-thermal and insulation-ribbed floor meet the limits on deflection requirements according to the design of concrete structures. Besides, the floor has a better thermal and soundproof function compare to the ordinary concrete beam and slab, and its comprehensive cost of construction is low.

Abstract: That of the problem of fire, falling prevention, water seepage usually consists in the insulation technology sticking polystyrene board plate. It can avoid fire hazard through the selection of excellent insulation materials and proper construction technology and setting fire barrier .It is mainly to control the construction process for falling prevention and focus on structural details for water seepage prevention.

Abstract: Through field test, physical and mechanical properties, mechanical composition, characteristics and compaction properties of the Yellow River alluvial silt soil were analyzed. The result shows that silt inside air compaction was difficult to discharge due to the influence of soil particle composition and low content of clay. As a result, the uneven settlement deformation of subgrade is obvious and the stability of silty soil water is not enough. The rainfall is frequent. Moisture content of soil is too high. It is difficult to dry field soil. The construction period is short. In order to speed up the pace of construction, we proposed the over-wet silt optimal multiple water control technology.

Abstract: In this paper Xian 4th tube line is selected as the research target, the earth surface deformation is evaluated based on the soil surface deformation model, and the influence of construction of Xian 4th tube line on the city wall of Ming dynasty is investigated, the protection scheme and rules are proposed when the tube pass through the city wall, the influence on the wall is evaluated during the tube operation and the protection technique is also proposed, which will reduce the influence from the construction and operation of tube, and the friendly development between the railway transportation and environment is realized.
