Abstract: During the construction of pre-stressed anchor cables for discharging flood and sand in the lower reservoir of Pushihe Pumped-storage Power Station, the tensioning of main and secondary cables are overall carried out according to design, in which the tensioning force is divided into seventh grades, the indicator values of ergometer and tensioning force of jack were obtained by experiment, and the difference between them were compared and analysis, the results of experiment provides the basis for the long-term and stable operation of pre-stressed pier in Pushihe project.

Abstract: From the point of view of engineering application, this paper systematically discusses the characteristics of soil retaining, watertight aspects of retaining wall which combined mixing piles of waterproof curtain and bored concrete pile . Aiming at the shortcomings of construction process of the open caisson , this paper puts forward a new type of supporting technology of deep foundation pit - hanging construction technology for foundation pit supporting.It is security construction ,no effect on environment, low cost, and so on. The thesis introduces the technology principal, construction procedures and related points of the new construction technology.

Abstract: In order to analyze reliability for strength of pre-stressed pipe pile welded joints in common construction activities, perform checking calculation to welded joint strength in various construction activities with the weld check formula in consideration of the influence coefficient of the eccentrically loaded end plate, compare with the shear strength of the pipe pile end plate porthole and the tensile strength of the steel bar pier head, and analyze from overall safety of pipe pile application before obtain the conclusion: the strength of the weld joint made according to relative codes is far more than the strength of the weak part of the pipe pile, but some severe weld defects will make weld joint become the first part to be damaged. One recommendation is increase the joint strength between the anchorage hole of the pipe pile end plate and the pre-stressed steel bar pier head; the other is to make the new welding construction specifications for pipe pile joint, improve requirements to joint welding construction, reduce welding duration, reduce working strength and improve welding quality stability.

Abstract: Nearly twenty years, freezing damage prevention of concrete construction in winter, construction methods of generalized integrated heat storage, the third generation of water-reducing agent (Poly carboxylic acid sodium), the theory of critical maturation degree, composite antifreeze, the key and matching technology of concrete construction under negative temperature and so on are all emerging constantly. Development progress of winter construction technology is promoted. All kinds of technology and economic about construction methods in winter are compared in this paper. The selection basis of concrete construction methods in winter is provided for different conditions.

Abstract: This paper presented a design of a steel residential house. H-shaped steel was chosen as the beam and column of the steel frame. End-plate joints and welding node joints were used to connect each other so that the structure could be constructed rapidly and conveniently. PK prestressed concrete composite slab was chosen as the floor and roof slab. PK slab could be produced in factory and dont need formwork assembling and setting and could reduce the amount of work on-site, and could shorten the period of construction effectively. Composite panels with steel truss reinforced concrete and bamboo reinforced ceramic concrete were chosen as exterior walls. Compared with aerated concrete block wall with external insulation, composite panels had the advantages such as lightweight, energy saving, rapid installation, less slit and small thickness of wallboard and better seismic behavior. Application of the technology made the steel residential house a lightweight, energy saving and rapid construction house.

Abstract: This article introduces the application of dry hanging method of stone material on the wall, elucidates dry hanging construction technology and construction process, gives a description of quality control key points of dry hanging method, analysis the common quality defects during construction and provides some corresponding prevention methods and amending measures to ensure the project quality and the decoration effect, which provides references to enhance construction quality management of stone material facing construction.

Abstract: Safety accidents occurred frequently in construction process. In order to prevent similar accidents from happening again, It is needed to conduct in-depth analysis of its reasons urgently. Accident prevention is a prior work, the relevance and effectiveness are also important. This paper analyzed the typical construction safety accidents in 2012 from the aspect of engineering, technology and education, combined the principle of accident prevention theory. This paper pointed out that to propose 3E construction safety accident prevention countermeasures from the accident prevention 3E principle can be effective in preventing the construction safety accidents.
