Abstract: This paper focuses on experimental investigation to produce high strength concrete by employing twin admixture technique of grade II fly ash and S95 GGBS. Different regions have different characteristic of the material, so the strength of high strength concrete would be influenced. At present most of the domestic studies about high strength concrete use the first class powered coal ash and rarely grade II fly. In this study, grade II fly ash is chosen. The dosage of grade II fly ash, S95 GGBS and the water reducing agent are given as the influencing factors of high-strength concretes compressive strength and collapsed slump, and determined the optimum mix amount of the components. The data of strength about the age of 3 day, 7 day and 28 day are analyzed. The results are showed the optimum content of grade II fly ash is between 15% and 20%, S95 GGBS is 15% and water reducing agent is 2%.

Abstract: The influence of silica on the mechanical properties, thermal stability and the flammability of epoxy (EP) blended with aluminum methylethylphosphinate (Al (MEP) has been studied by the limiting oxygen index (LOI), UL-94 test, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Results show that adding silica enhances the mechanical properties of EP/Al (MEP). Synergistic effects between Al (MEP) and silica are obtained leading to the increase of LOI and to the reduction of combustion time. The TGA data demonstrate that silica can enhance the thermal stability of the EP/Al (MEP) and increase the char residue formation at high temperature. When the rice husk silica is substituted for silica, the composite presents lower LOI, lower thermal stability and char formation as well as inferior mechanical strength. The SEM results indicate that rice husk silica based composite shows poorer fillermatrix adhesion, which will be responsible for its inferior mechanical properties, lower thermal stability and flammability.

Abstract: As cities are expanding of China, many industrial enterprises have been surrounded in the center of the, which have a big effect on the environment of the city. As a result, its necessary to remove these enterprises. The second urban land resource development is an efficient solution to the problem. This article takes the secondary development of land in High-tech Zone of SuZhou for example and defines second development of land. In addition, puts forward suitable type of settling down the moving enterprises because of urban land second development. The study aims at promoting the rational use of land, adjusting space distribution of construction land, disposing land resource reasonably, increasing using rate of the construction land and makeing ecological environment of the city be better.

Abstract: in this paper, the theory of strain transfer of embedded BOTDA sensors was introduced. For the sensing fiber with coating and jacket used in project, its finite element model was built by ANSYS infinite element analysis software. And for the embedded fiber, the influences affected by elastic modulus and thickness of the fiber coating and jacket and elastic modulus of matrix material were analyzed. For the surface bonded fiber, the influences affected by elastic modulus, width and thickness of the bonding material were analyzed, and the results were compared with the results of theory.

Abstract: Regional materials and mixing ratio in Datong region are used to make the concrete testing blocks. The rebounding and ultrasonic non-destruction detecting testing for concrete compression strength were done by using the six types of strength grades concrete standard specimens according to the technical regulation. By using the common software Matlab7.0, the mathematical models between rebounding values, ultrasonic velocity values, rebounding- ultrasonic method values and concrete compression strength were set up by three kinds of functions’ regression analysis. The error analysis showed that the rebounding-ultrasonic non-destruction detecting testing method had higher precision results and was used firstly when the conditions were permitted, compared with the rebounding testing method or the ultrasonic testing method.

Abstract: The ranging greater than 3m is not accorded with china engineering construction standardization association standard TECHNOLOGICAL SPECIFICATION FOR INSPECTION OF CONCRETE DEFECTS BY ULTRASONIC METHOD[CECS 21:200 (Transducer spacing is 2~3m). This paper studied large ranging of ultrasonic test mass concrete structure, and analyzed a project instance that was inspected the internal defects of mass concrete structures with various test methods, compared of those results. As detection is shown, first, with the test distance increased to 5.1m, the velocity of sound shows a linear trend of continuous development trend. Second, responds to improve of concrete strength, the velocity of sound increases, but not shows a linear trend. In addition, with the test distance increasing, concrete strength increases, but the velocity is down. A large ranging of ultrasonic test method was developed based on these observations.

Abstract: Government Supervision in Construction Quality Standardization is the intrinsic requirement of implement scientific supervision, which essential ends to standard surveillance behavior, improve efficiency and level of supervision and promote continuous improvement in construction engineering quality. Government supervision in construction quality standardization consists of three systems, including supervision process, decision and implement standardization. Construction of supervision process standardization and supervision decision standardization is theoretical connotation requirements of government supervision in construction quality standardization; Construction of supervision implement standardization is the inner rules of government supervision practice. supervision process standardization mainly involves three aspects: the chief of supervision, the content of supervision, the operation of supervision; supervision decision-making consists of expression standardization of supervision results, standardization of supervision decision-making and assessment standardization of performance evaluation. Supervision implement standardization consists of supervision program, supervision project, supervision mode and supervision achievements standardization.

Abstract: The influence of the tunnel construction defects on the tunnel stability is one of the important research problems. This thesis would take the tunnel project in Liaoning as an example to analyze the influence of the tunnel construction defects on the tunnel stability. Models with the hole in different range are carried out to study the influence of the tunnel construction defects on the tunnel stability. On the basis of the model test results, the thesis makes the numerical simulation analysis. According to the model test and numerical analysis, models with the different range hole are different in damage trend. The thesis puts forward some construction defect prevention measures for the tunnel project.
