Abstract: Population is concentrated in the major cities which are facing the energy deficiency issues. The unregulated development of micro-urban areas is underestimated in both cases (Slovak Republic and Taiwan R.O.C.) so are the energy issues bound with them. Centralized energy sources require long distance wires to support remote areas.

Abstract: Sustainable development is a hot issue under the current background of resources and environmental crises. In this paper, Liaocheng City's sustainable development level is evaluated by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. It is concluded that Liaocheng City's sustainable development level turned out to be moderate. The constraints of Liaocheng City's sustainable development are sustainable development awareness isn't formed and some problems are serious. Trains of thought include: strengthen sustainable development concept's understanding, strengthen capacity-building of improving sustainable development level and solve sustainable development practices' current problems.

Abstract: The reasonable structure of urban_ rural space is an important way to achieve the integration of urban and rural areas, so this paper researched the space model of urban and rural areas ,aiming to find the suitable spatial structure in sparsely populated areas .First, the paper expounded the concept of the rural and urban spatial structure , studied the relationship between urban_rural areas and its development stages, based on this, this paper used the induce deduction, experience learning and case analysis methods to construct the spatial patterns of urban _rural integration in sparsely populated areas, and finally taking ETuoKeQianQi for example to demonstrate this model.

Abstract: It is the aim of this paper to discuss and search for the suitable scale and platform of sustainability assessment of area scale residential development in China, to contribute to the research of sustainability assessment and thus to promote the sustainable development in Chinese urbanization. The status quo of sustainability assessment in China and the scale definition of globe assessment tools for area scale are reviewed firstly to define the problem. And then, an analysis of Chinese urban system, land ownership and market and residential development are made to establish the combined hierarchical structure. Finally based on the previous research, residential district and regulatory plan are chosen by this research as the implement scale and platform of sustainability assessment for area scale residential development, together with the benefits analysis. The suggested assessment scale and platform could connect the existing sustainability assessment on city & building scale and promote sustainable development realize from targets to measures.

Abstract: Industry, construction and transportation are the key fields of carbon emission. Based on the reality of Dongying City, and combined with relevant statistical data, carbon emissions in industry, construction and transportation of Dongying City are accounted objectively. The results show that carbon emission in key fields of Dongying City has a fast increasing tendency from 2005 to 2009. Among which, carbon emissions of industry account for the largest proportion with the five-year average of 82.04%, followed by the construction and transportation, with the five-year average of 12.77% and 5.19% respectively. Therefore, adjusting and optimizing industrial energy consumption in the key fields is crucial to carbon emission reduction of Dongying City. This has an important significance for Dongying City to achieve energy conservation, emission reduction and build a low-carbon ecological city.

Abstract: In recent years, considerable worldwide development in organic agriculture has attracted widespread attention from scholars both within and outside China, driven by its effects on environmental protection, food safety and health, international green barriers, At present, most of the existing research focuses on the production technology, development mode and benefit evaluation of organic agriculture, with relatively less concern about the activities of organic agricultural enterprises. Based on the indicators of number of enterprises, number of certificates, and certificate types, this paper analyzes the features characterizing the spatial distribution of organic agricultural enterprises in China. The results show that there are significant spatial variations in degree of diversity, degree of concentration, and evolving trajectories. It suggests that provinces and autonomous regions should give full play to the regional comparative advantages in order to facilitate the development of different types of organic agriculture.

Abstract: Organic certification system is an important part of organic agricultural production network. As the core of information network, Organic certification agencies are pivotal to our understanding of the structure, organization and effects of the network. This paper, taking the spatial distribution, organization and the influential area of the information center as the basis, suggests that the information network of organic agriculture in China is characterized by high degree of unevenness, and hierarchical order in development level. The analysis shows that the whole network can be divided into three tiers. Through a case study of some key areas such as Beijing, Zhejiang and Liaoning, the study put forward some suggestions for the sustainable development of organic information network.

Abstract: The sustainable development of the northern Shaanxi area has been severely restricted by the increasingly serious issue of the environmental pollution and ecological destruction in the energy and chemical industry base there. This paper, based on the thorough analysis to the investigation data about the environmental status and the existing problems of energy and chemical industry base in northern Shaanxi, construct evaluation index system of the base sustainable development. The paper evaluated comprehensively the level of sustainable development in energy and chemical industry base in Northern Shaanxi based on statistical data in past years. It reveals the contradiction and the plight of economic, resource and environment in the process of current base, and shows the urgent problems which must be solved in the future.

Abstract: Requirements of Daqing ecological and livable city construction were analyzed. The problems of space design in Daqing commercial street including energy-saving, spatial scales, transportation planning, and environmental facilities were analyzed. Space design measures including humane care, high efficiency and low energy-saving, regional expression and diversity space are proposed.
