Abstract: As a new material, the warm mix asphalt retardant asphalt mixture has its particularity in material design, construction proportion, mixture preparation and on-site paving. This paper summarized the construction process and site construction quality inspection requirement of the warm mix asphalt retardant asphalt mixture through tracking research on-site based on the real engineering. It was shown that the road environment quality of using warm mix retardant asphalt was significantly better than normal hot mix asphalt, asphalt smoke, benzene soluble and Benzopyrene decreased 91.47%, 97.05% and 80.11% respectively. Warm mix asphalt retardant asphalt mixture had a low mixing and compaction temperature. When used in the tunnel pavement, it could not only greatly reduce harmful gas emissions in the process of construction, improve construction environment in tunnel, improve the air transparency in tunnel, be convenient for construction quality management, but also can improve the fire resilience of the tunnel pavement after be put into operation. It had broad application prospect in the tunnel pavement.

Abstract: The corrugated steel structure has advantages such as stable performance, convenient installation, good durability and low cost, it has been used successfully in many projects in china and other countries. This paper had field test to study the mechanical performance of corrugated steel arch bridge under vehicle loads in low embankment. Relying on the project of Sixu Highway during Anhui period, the change law of tangential strains was got when loads were applied on different locations of traffic lane. The results indicate that tangential strain of 8/8 span is inconstant and different from other test points under loads in low embankment, we should take more consideration.

Abstract: In order to study the mechanical properties of tack coat for asphalt pavement, the interlaminar shear test is introduced. Under the variety condition, the direct shear test is executed. The shear strengths are fitted by linear regression theory and the Mohr-Coulomb parameters are calculated. The results show that as pavement adhesive layer materials, SBS modified emulsified asphalt performance than the ordinary emulsified asphalt, the best dosage is 0.4 kg/m2, and SBS modified emulsified asphalt adhesive layer material immersion strength increased nearly 20%. When the interface material adds the cement, the strength will also increase and indicate good shear strength. With the normal stress increased, the shear strengths are increased. The shear strengths with normal stress are affected significantly by the interfacial friction, roughness of interface and normal stress.

Abstract: This article combined AnXin highway rebuilding project in Henan province SMA - 13 construction on the above layer.According to the geographical features of Henan province, based on the principle of efficiency, we use limestone instead of the traditional basalt in construction.Because of the nature of the limestone and aggregate characteristics comparing with the basalt is poor, we use the previous construction experience is difficult to meet the construction requirements.Paving test road, through the malaxation, transportation, paving, rolling and joint etc of the mixture in pavement construction process, we put forward a set of applicable to the construction process of limestone.Applied to the engineering entity paving, we were successful.

Abstract: Vehicle jumping is a common diseases in the road engineering. This paper carries on the analysis to the setting of slab sections and the no setting of slab sections, summarizing the jumping causes, and proposing some control techniques to the disease of vehicle jumping , in order to make an useful discussion about the prevention of vehicle jumping at bridgehead.

Abstract: This study was to evaluate the permeable pavement constructed topdown by porous asphalt, compacted natural grading base materials, in-situ soil blended with coarse sand, and geotextile with crushed gravel. The permeable pavement was paved on the field testing site where it was installed a rainfall simulation device to control the intensity of rainfall. The coefficient of permeability and water content for each layer were collected as well as the volumetric water of infiltration and surface run-off. Test results show that the permeability of surface layer was degrading severely after nine years in service, while base and subbase remained functional. While rainfall simulation performed, it indicates that the permeable pavement can retain 0.2139m3 of water with infiltration and surface run-off measured by 0.4665m3 and 0.1413m3, respectively. The analysis of flood peak present that permeable pavement can delay the occurrence of flood peak generated by the surface run-off and ease it quickly by continuous infiltration.

Abstract: This paper presents study on foaming characteristics of two types asphalt with same Penetration-grade 70. Asphalt temperature (AT), water content (WC) and water temperature (WT) were selected for investigation their effects on the asphalt foamability. Maximum expansion ratio (ERMax) and half-life (HL) are important indicators of foamed asphalt. It is concluded that ERMax*HL reachs maximum at optimum foaming condition of foamed asphalt. The conclusion is used as criterion for optimizing foaming condition. The fact that the water temperature influences the ERMax and HL of foamed asphalt significantly was presented.

Abstract: Mizhuo highway overpass crosses Jingha railway. Deep foundation excavation can cause the neighboring structure safety factor drops. To ensure the stability of the Jingha railway embankment, retaining and protecting of deep foundation excavation was set up around the foundation pit. The incremental calculation method was used to analyze the stress deformation of retaining pile and surface settlement near the deep foundation pit. The overall stability checking and anti-overturning stability checking of deep foundation excavation meet the specification requirements. The maximum horizontal displacement of retaining pile is 6.0 mm and 6.6 mm respectively. Surface settlement can not impact the existing railway embankment. In construction practice the retaining pile can be able to effectively ensure the safety of the neighboring structure and to reduce the probability of accidents.

Abstract: Coarse aggregate is the role of the formation for embedded crowded skeleton structure, and provided the appropriate size for filling the voids for fine aggregate. It is the key of excellent road performance of the asphalt mixture. The reasonable composition of coarse aggregate have researched with stage filling, to ensure the structure of multistage embedded skeleton crowded, and meet the actual road changing performance requirements.

Abstract: A set of roller real-time detecting system is developed based on the platform of LabVIEW. In this system, GPS plays an important role of positioning the rollers track, time, speed as well as compaction times. With the friendly development environment of LabVIEW, GPS signals are collected, extracted, analyzed and processed to realizing real-time detecting. And the reliability and practicability of the detecting system program is confirmed by trail. With this great progress, a set of rollers real-time monitoring system can be easily formed, which is of great significance for scientists to further replace the traditional detecting test.
