Abstract: The asphalt layer thickness, base thickness, the modulus of the asphalt layer, base modulus and subgrade modulus are selected as the responses indexes of asphalt. The level of each factor corresponding parameters and test results table are established by orthogonal analysis for four-level table of five factors. This paper took the Shell Designing Software BISAR 3.0 as calculation tool to get the three-dimensional response results of the different kinds of asphalt pavement. Based on results, the course bottom tensile strain of the asphalt layer, subgrade compressive strain and maximum shear stress of asphalt pavement are analyzed by intuitive analysis, variance analysis, and sensitivity analysis. It is found that the sensitivity analysis is a more accurate analysis of the factors of the factor in the level of assessment indicators. Response to the degree of influence of various factors on the pavement mechanics, pavement structure design and material design should be selected according to road type of damage specifications. In accordance with the sensitivity analysis of the impact of factors based on balanced other design specifications.

Abstract: A number of rubber cement dosage specimens that rubber powder dosage different were obtained using same cement, water and fine aggregates, by adjusting the dosage of rubber powder. Then it was used to research the influence of rubber powder dosage on performance of cement mortar by measuring its liquidity, strength and toughness. The results show that: when water-cement ratio was equal and rubber powder replacing the same volume sand, the fluidity of cement mortar almost linear increased with rubber powder dosage increasing. With dosage of rubber powder increasing, compressive strength and flexural strength reduced, but toughness linear growth trend when dosage of rubber powder less 30%.

Abstract: The special dynamic pulsating air pressure acting on the surface of sound barrier can be aroused by passing high speed train, making sound barrier structure and components prone to destruction and other issues. Based 3-D unsteady k-ε two-equation turbulent model, dynamic processes of high-speed trains passing the sound barrier region at different speeds and many factors are simulated and analyzed by using moving mesh finite volume method. The results of dynamic numerical calculated pulsating air pressure results and the effecting rule of various parameters were obtained, and compared with the measured data. It is showed that the air pressure value increases with the increasing train speed and the dynamic numerical calculated pulsating air pressure curves shape and effecting rule of parameters are all well matched with the measured data, but the air pressure value is slightly larger. At last, based on the results of numerical calculation, the addition of static air pressure value caused by high speed train is put forward.

Abstract: In order to manage and control the settlement along the highway, and meet the needs of the project, it is necessary to study the settlement calculation and prediction methods. Based on the layer-wise summation method, the derivation of the analytic solution of the final settlement can be done through the use of the calculation mode of additional stress and the Integral transform. With an illustrative example, this paper compares the differences of the value of the settlement derived respectively by the specification method and the analytic method. The graphs give an intuitive indication of the performance of the methods, and enable determination of the cubic capacity of settlement of the whole project, laying the foundation for the calculation of the ripped-rock quantity.

Abstract: Rubber asphalt can significantly improve the road performance of ordinary asphalt, and consume a large amount of scrap tires, turn trash into treasure. The article takes Tianhe Road Reconstruction Project ",in Mianzhu City, as an example, introduces the application of rubber asphalt in urban road reconstruction, and describes the key technical problems in rubber asphalt concrete construction in detail.

Abstract: Since it exist a significant difference in stiffness between asphalt surface and lean concrete base layer, the probability of shearing failure increase. In this paper,a typical structure of asphalt pavement with lean concrete base is established, selecting smooth state as the interfacial contact condition.BISAR3.0 is used to calculate stresses in the multilayered elastic system. Results display that the thickness of asphalt layer and the load condition have an enormous influence on shear stresses, while surface modulus, the modulus and thickness of base layer do not much affect the shear stresses in surface.

Abstract: Types of asphalt mixture with different gradations and air voids were designed. Tests on their indirect tensile strength, compressive strength and resilient modulus of compression under single axle compressing were taken to study the effects of two forms of water immersion (hot water immersion and freeze-thaw split test) on asphalt mixtures mechanical performance and high temperature stability. Test results point out that water immersion decreased asphalt mixtures performance seriously and the effect of freeze-thaw split tests on asphalt mixtures performance is far stronger than that of hot water immersion. Asphalt mixtures performance is related with its gradation and percent air voids. Asphalt mixtures with different gradation are different in their percent air voids, suitable gradation can form framework and filling action obviously, so to yield mixture with suitable percent air voids and good water stability.

Abstract: In order to study the transverse distribution characteristics of the vehicles on super-secondary road with four-lane separated by double amber lines in Xinjiang province, the measured data about transverse position and speed of the vehicle were obtained in the provincial highway S205 of Bole region. The relationship between transverse position and speed of the vehicle with or without interference of opposite vehicles was studied by methods of mathematical statistics, The results indicated that interference of opposite vehicles would increase inside clear distance and reduce outside clear distance. In the case of a narrow road shoulder, the outside clear distance was more than 1metre in addition to individual vehicles.
