Abstract: There are much more disharmonious problems in the process of product design because the environment factory of the product design could not be considered fully and systematically. For example, the disharmonious problems between the product design and natural environment or society environment and among internal elements of product design. The purpose of harmonious design is to make the harmony between product and external environments and among internal elements of products. In order to satisfy the requirement mentioned above in complete design tasks process the reasonable methods should be adopted and the relationship degree analysis and harmonious degree assessment should be done. After that the products can satisfy users and country requirement and have the excellent quality, higher performance-value ratio, the short manufacturing period, good environment protection, convenient service and so on. Due to these the enterprise will get greater market portion.

Abstract: Cultural gene pool provides necessary support for design platform which is based on the cultural gene. It is also the most basic part of gene engineering. Based on the tourist souvenirs, a new design methodpan-ethnic-group is put forward. Take tourist souvenirs actual project development of Hanyangling Museum as an example, Xi'an cultural gene pool has been built. Through pan-ethnic-group, cultural tourist souvenir sales were increased.

Abstract: Based on the status of modern cultural tourism souvenir market survey and research, the consumption preferences in the market of cultural tourism souvenirs are studied, the driving factors of production and cost and pricing constraint are analyzed, the production information database and the type of product configuration database are established in order to realize rational allocation of product type. By the scientific thinking method, the selection theory and application system over development of culture tourist souvenirs are improved and perfected. And it is of a certain degree of reference and guidance to develop cultural tourism souvenirs.

Abstract: How to identify customer requirements exactly and put them through the entire product development is the key of improving customer satisfaction and increasing product competitiveness. Product development was treated in the perspective of quality characteristic evolution and an evolution process model was constructed in this paper. To guarantee the direction of QCs evolution, a QCs positioning framework consisting of 3 phases was proposed. QCs two-dimensional space was built with vertical and horizontal series which were obtained with methods of dynamic Kano model and fuzzy C-means clustering. QCs potential areas were selected with customer intention and product distribution investigations and QCs target areas were finally identified based on analysis on customer satisfaction and importance weight with quarter diagrams. A case of combustion engine was provided to illustrate the application QCs positioning framework.

Abstract: For the last two decades most professional architectural and engineering associations have encouraged their members to embrace an integrated design approach to improve and minimize the energy flows through buildings, cities and the broader ecosystem. While the integrated design approach often is portrayed as relatively novel approach, the reality is that it is only since the rise of professionalism in the Western world that the building industry developed a disjointed approach to energy design in the built environment. Previously the professions of architecture and engineering were intertwined, and the architect-engineers of antiquity, the Renaissance and the Enlightenment still can serve as role models for how building industry professionals can take a unified approach to design even considering the complexities of modern building techniques. This paper attempts to provide a brief historical review of the integrated approach to energy design that many architect-engineers took before the industrial revolution.

Abstract: Chinese herbal medicine has a long history, based on the Statistical Yearbook of the World Health Organization; half of people on earth have ever taken herbal remedies as an alternative health treatment. Except China, there are 123 countries that have established Chinese herbal medicine research related institutions. People didnt like taking medicine directly due to taste, therefore, Chinese herbal medicine drinks (CHMD) are moving toward a rising trend of quantity, partly replacing Western style medicine. This research tries to integrate CHMD products with customer preferences in Taiwan, aiming at customer CHMD preference analyzing and modeling. Each different CHMD has its own attribute and efficacy trend. Two distribution data sets of customer behavior were introduced to design computer integrated manufacturing parameters within a dynamic selection model software. Results also found that immunity adjust and anti-fatigue were the main reasons when customers purchased these CHMD. The reason may be from the tension life style caused.

Abstract: Production process design hybrid real processors opinions is vital important. Many production processes design did not consider processors needs, resulting in many failure products. Glutinous rice industries have their own particularity of production process. Glutinous rice product is a product which is a raw glutinous rice material hybrid from food processing. In Chinese, Japanese, Indian, Korean, etc. societies, glutinous rice products are an important rice product and staple food. Glutinous rice product processors have to face variable raw material (glutinous rice) costs, hence, if they know the trend of glutinous rice products and products diversity, then this would easily gain better profits when they produce these glutinous rice products. This research tries to build a better production processes through processors depth interview, aiming at glutinous rice processors for examples. In this study, a profit formula was constructed. Through in depth interview survey, there were 12 processors in Taiwan visited during 2012. It showed that health, convenience and tourism factors potentially obtained the most profits when processors produced these glutinous rice products. These raw distribution data sets of glutinous rice processors costs would be a foundation of production process design references.

Abstract: According to chip key’s security problem, this paper has designed a secure chip key issuing system and its application method. The chip key issuing system mainly include chip key issuing machine, key issuing host computer, key management server and cryptographic machine. Every key is protected to transmit and write into chip by conversational key which is agreed between chip key issuing machine and the cryptographic machine beside key management server when chip key is issuing. This chip key issuing system and method can provide effective guarantee to chip key’s security.

Abstract: Gimbaled forward-firing warhead (GFFW) is one of the most efficient types for killing enhancement that exist today. This is because almost all the fragments of the warhead are deployed to the targets direction. Static explosion experiment was performed to investigate the spatial distribution of the spray pattern as well as its deployment velocity. The cone angle (θs) of fragments bundle at static conditions is 15°, and fragments in the mesial area is dense than that in the marginal area. The average velocity of the fragment in mesial area is 1712m/s, and that in marginal area is 1408m/s. In conjunction with deployment experiments, damage radius study is conducted with the basic criterion that one fragment must hit target payload at least. Damage radius at the dynamic conditions is 150m~165m, which is more farther than conventional uniform warhead.

Abstract: The energy-generating capability of a cymbal transducer was studied in order to supply the power of low-consumption electric products. An analytical model of the cymbal transducer was established by the hydrostatic piezoelectric constant method. The relation between the material of metal cap as well as the structure of transducer and energy generation were analyzed by numerical simulation. The simulation validation was done by the element software ANSYS. The results of the study show that, in the same force, the materials of metal cap, the radius of cavity bottom, and the thickness of metal cap have bigger influence on the voltage outputted, the radius of cavity top have less influence on the voltage outputted.
