Abstract: Converter body is the core device in oxygen converter, the thermal stress is the major factor affecting the lifetime of the converter, ansys the stress level in different parts of the converter is essential to improve the converter life. This article using ANSYS software to analysis the converter thermal stress, analyze the converter thermal stress distribution in different parts. The results can provide theoretical basis for the converter design.

Abstract: This paper first analyze the method of transfer matrix, set up the lumped parameter model. then figure out the common transfer matrix of shaft. Take some shaft as an example, using matlab calculate the critical speed and analyze the result. The analysis can provide basis and method for shaft vibration numerical simulation.

Abstract: The aim of the project is to study limit-locking mechanism of space cable-strut deployable articulated mast. Based on the discussion of structure and working principle, the mechanism's initial movement condition and self-locking angle are analyzed and a new analytical model of movement function reliability has been constructed. Combined with specific locking events, sliding pin's movement reliabilities are given in earlier and later stages. According to data from deployable mast, the reliability is calculated.

Abstract: the reliability and vibration performance test of vibratory rollers have been done in the test field to ensure that the vibratory roller meet the quality requirement. At present, the indoor test stand for vibratory roller has not yet been studied at home and abroad. This paper designs the indoor test stand for vibratory roller and makes simulation analysis by the numerical model of vibration-drum and test stand. The vibration isolation system of test stand is determined as a function of the test stand mass (m2), the stiffness of rubber tire (k1) and the stiffness of the vibration isolation block (k2). The test results showed that the vibration drum-test stand model can account for the vibration isolation system.

Abstract: Maxwell 3D software of finite-element analysis in electromagnetic fields is used to model and simulate the micro disc magneto electric generator. Distribution characteristics of magnetic induction are required and theoretical analysis and calculation is presented. Error between the simulation result and experimental result is about 6% which verify the rationality and accuracy of finite-element simulation. It can be used to guide the structural design and optimization of this type of generator.

Abstract: Aluminum electrolytic capacitor (AEC) is a widely used capacitor. The casing machine plays an important role in the producing of AEC, and its performance affects the quality of capacitor. This paper introduces the working process and system structure of the typical aluminum electrolytic capacitor casing machine, and analyses some problems of the existing casing machines. Combined with these problems, the paper proposed its future development trends, which provides some references for the design of a new generation of casing machines.

Abstract: As to the centrifugal pump for slurry, the effects of solids particles on the performance of the pump have been extensively researched. It is essential to understand the effects of solids on the pump performance well in order to obtain the performance of centrifugal pump for handling slurries. Some existing correlation equations to predict the performance are analyzed and summarized in this paper. A new simple correlation equation to predict the head ratio for pumps handling solids has been developed. The simple equation has been validated by the experiment data published in the related literature. The results by the simple equation are compared with ones available in the literature. The result shows that the simple equation is in good agreement with the experimental data, and it can be used to predict the performance of centrifugal pump for slurry.

Abstract: It researched a new type of intelligent thermostatic mixing valve which could keep the temperature and flux of the valve outlet water constant through the adaptive controller. It firstly established the mathematical model about angle - flux and angle - temperature of the valve. And then it based on the turbulence model and applied Fluent software to numerical simulation of the valve about the flow field. Finally, it compared the simulation results with the calculated value. The results show that they are basically consistent, prove the correctness of the theoretical research, and can be used to improve designing of the thermostatic valve.

Abstract: Beam pipe is a key part of the electron positron collider (EPC). It is very expensive and hard to install due to a limited room and high assembly precision requirement. In order to ensure the beam pipe being installed successfully, an installation scheme is introduced. Key factors affected the deformation of installation mechanism are presented by classical mechanics theory. Different finite element models were analyzed to obtain an optimal geometry size for the protective shaft based on commercial software ANSYS®. The deformation of the determinate installation mechanism satisfies the engineering requirement well.
