Abstract: As the development of the economic society, the new orbit form such as modern tram track arises at the historic moment. Considering the urban internal environment, a higher request is put forward on vibration and noise reduction. This passage is devoted to analyze the noise reduction performance of the granule material, which gained by recycling the waste rubber. We can draw the following conclusions by comparing the noise value and frequency characteristic analysis in different conditions: the new particle material, the ratio of which is 3mm and 5mm, can suppress the noise in different frequency. Especially, the effect is obvious in high frequency area about 1000Hz to 1500Hz.When the track is under a vertical excitation, the combined structure can suppress the rail acoustic radiation noise obviously within 0 to 4000Hz frequency and 1/3 octave center frequency. The horizontal reduction of the noise will be reduced as the increasing of the distance between the vibration source and the test point.

Abstract: According to the preliminary analysis and classification of the construction materials, the traditional residential in southeastern Shanxi could be divided into three different categories; brick building (most with two floors), brick bungalow and cave. The collected data and simplified models of these three kinds of traditional residential were used to calculate the energy saving characteristic of their outer envelope structures. Furthermore, the difference of energy consumption during the heating period was compared, and thus provides a theoretical basis for the optimization of traditional-residential-energy-saving transformation and new buildings.

Abstract: The article describes a specialized building information model implemented in a Matlab environment. It is designed to evaluate the energy efficiency of a building. It is supporting water, heat and electricity as resources consumed during the usage phase of a building. The danger of global warming, natural resources depletion and world ecosystem collapse currently is constantly increasing. When this happens 45% of world’s energy consumption, 65% of electric power, 40% of raw materials, building industry uses 14% of potable water supply. At the same time this industry provides 35% of all carbon dioxide emissions and almost half of all solid wastes. Therefore sustainability and energy efficiency development for buildings and structures is one of the main problems of modern building industry.

Abstract: A large-scale power saving problem is of pressing importance today. Every branch develops its own key tasks and solutions oriented towards energy efficiency improvement. In this respect, actual means of power consumption decrease in civic and industrial buildings still are: creating of the power saving technologies; improvement of the technological schemes and constructions of the indoor climate support systems; application of the low-cost and fast-payback engineering solutions; system automation and technical equipment automation [1, 2].

Abstract: Plant fiber buildings are made of plant fiber components. They represent the development direction of new-period architectural philosophy of low-carbon ecological economy,building properties and architectural styles. By analyzing the disadvantages of current building, such as the hidden danger, harmful pollution and high energy consumption, this paper mainly investigated the characteristics of plant fiber building including environmental protection, energy saving, waste utilization, lightness, heat insulation and seismic resistance, etc. Plant fiber building, as a mature energy-saving technology and product, presents good performances such as energy saving, reliable technique and convenient implementation. It provides material supports for the realization of green building.

Abstract: It is a huge dynamic dimensional optimization question for the optimal operation of multi-owner cascade hydro plants constrained by water use competition and market strategies cooperation. The symmetry mutualism behavior patterns between multi-owner hydro plants are described accurately based on symbiosis theory. Then the mathematical model of the cascade symbiosis alliance in symmetry mutualisms pattern is built and the equilibrium solutions are presented. We discuss the symbiosis equilibrium stability range of multi-owner cascade hydro plants. Finally, simulation results obtained demonstrate that the proposed stable range is proficient and the symbiosis evolution law is revealed.

Abstract: Large amount of carbon has emitted from the transport, and which growing faster. This paper summarized the theoretical system, technology, product, methods and demonstration projects of low carbon transport. The deficiencies of current research were pointed out, such as researches on low carbon transport network and low carbon transportation system are less involved; low-carbon technology of transport is also imperfect, and some low carbon indicators still remain in the defined stages. At last, the evaluation methods of low-carbon indicators, building methods of low-carbon indicator system and evaluation methods were prospected. The paper also put forward that researches about the concept of low-carbon road, screening and construction method of low-carbon index system, application feedback and model validation should be deepened in future.

Abstract: With the development of social economy, building energy consumption takes great proportion in whole society energy consumption. Building energy efficiency technologies especially passive building energy efficiency technologies should be used imminently. This paper researched on the adaptability of passive building energy efficiency technologies in hot summer and cold winter region with Ecotect software. Taking Chongqing, Wuhan, Changsha, Shanghai as the representative areas, this paper analyzed the adaptability of passive energy efficiency technologies which include passive solar heating, thermal storage wall, induced and night ventilation, natural ventilation, direct evaporative cooling,indirect evaporative cooling. Then, some passive building energy efficiency technologies are summarized that suit for the four representative cities through the year.

Abstract: After researching the present situation of wall energy-saving market in Chongqing, the weakest link among the work of energy efficiency in the zone were found. It indicated that the stagnation building energy efficiency work was due to imperfect market mechanism in building energy efficiency field. Some policy suggestions for improvement were put forwards.

Abstract: the development of low carbon building is not only the requirement of current economic transition,it is also the realistic choice to implement Scientific Development Concept and to build "two type society". This paper briefly describes the connotation of low carbon buildings , and then illustrates the low-carbon economy background, the necessity of low carbon building development, and finally put forward the corresponding path selection.
