Abstract: This paper reviews and demonstrates how to use digital technology to design the ecological environment. Through the analysis and summary of current research fields and status quo of eco-design, we explain the development of ecosystem design in life and building, and propose the key issues to be addressed, discuss the inadequacies of current research, and predict the next main research tendency of ecosystem design based on digital technology.

Abstract: The economic phenomenon of high urban housing prices in our country reflects asymmetry of rights and interests among government, real estate developers and buyers in essence, and behind this economic phenomenon imbedded financial crisis as well as political and social crisis. Regarding academic thought on the causes of high housing prices in the real estate market such as the theories of supply and demand, cost, the system, and power imbalance between interest groups, this thesis proceeds institutional analysis, from the perspective of institutional economics, discusses the institutional causes of the persistent existence of four factors theories in the angle of vacancy of civil rights in the supply process of institution and rules, and puts forward policy suggestions of increasing effective supplies of institution in the system level.

Abstract: With the unique geographic position and our own resources advantage, the functions undertaken by small towns in southern Jiangsu Province shall be transformed under the background of aging. By analyzing the key nodes of function transformation in small towns in southern Jiangsu Province and combining the requirements of current urban development situation, we make clear that the urban functions must transform to adapt to aging. Moreover, combing our own resource endowment of adaptive aging development, we make an analysis from the four aspects of location advantage, economic strength, land resource advantage and ecological environment advantage and propose the countermeasures for function transformation to adapt to aging development in small towns in southern Jiangsu Province in order to make them become a gathering place for the aged and the gather of silver age industry, and adapt to the challenges brought by aging development.

Abstract: In the history, the Grand Canal bore the functions of shipping, water conservation and landscape and created the society, economy and culture of Suzhou. The change of Suzhou development strategy requires Canal function to change accordingly. From the aspect of Canal function, this article makes an analysis of the development interactive relation between the Canal and Suzhou city, study the new requirement of Suzhou city development on the Canal, and raise a new development strategy of Canal Suzhou section.

Abstract: Stakeholder Theory and System Analysis Approach were employed to study on land use conflicts and their management methods in rural-urban transformation and promote sustainable land-use and healthy urbanization development. The results indicate that land use conflicts are increasing seriously in rural-urban transformation, which has become the obstacle to sustainable land-use and healthy urbanization development. Under the state council, local governments and all enterprises, rural collective economic organizations, and peasants are the major stakeholders. Different interests of various stakeholders are the root of these conflicts. Land use conflicts can be dissolved through improving rural land property rights institution and land requisition system, and establishing coordination mechanism of interests based on the principle of interests balance in Rural-urban transformation.

Abstract: The concept and development practice of Ecological Pension is the product of a population aging in society, which reflects the respect for the elderly and nature, and also is the important content of livable city construction. This article will not only analyze the relationship between ecological pension and livable city construction from the perspective of ecological pension, but also study the ecological pensions demand on the development of the livable city taking Zhejiang Anji for example, and put forward the livable city construction development strategy suitable for the aging development situation.

Abstract: This paper studied the efficiency of capital allocation of Wuhan urban circle in the last 10 years. The results showed that the overall level of capital allocation of the past 10 years, the Wuhan city circle above the national average, but the efficiency of capital allocation is still at a low level. The efficiency of capital allocation for each year fluctuations obtained may be because in recent years the development strategy of Wuhan city circle from a proposal to a mature stage, during which various development policy is not sound, stable conclusion.

Abstract: The cities’ bus platforms are the service infrastructure for passengers to get on and off, and are the windows of the bus passengers to service-oriented. It has been important influence on public transport, roads and the capacity of intersection, though it is a very small part of urban roads. It has been an important factor in a traffic jam. Therefore, it is necessary to study and improve design of bus platforms in order to counterbalance the resources of bus stations, improve the ability of evacuation, and minimize the side effect of bus stations to the normal order of urban traffic.

Abstract: This paper analyzes the disadvantages of traditional urban renewal planning and tries to propose ecological urban renewal planning. It aims to establish sustainable city and restore the ecological balance of the city by means of five ecological urban renewal steps.

Abstract: The energy consumption of city is increasing and the problem of transportation jam is more and more serious. It requires reasonable spatial planning & optimization strategies on urban space to promote the development & construction of low-carbon cities. Basing on the concept of low carbon, the paper proposes the area strategy of low-carbon city, low-carbon village and the ecological matrix protected area, providing an important theoretical basis for furthering low-carbon city planning & construction ways.
