Abstract: This article investigates how economic development influences on clean energy consumption in China. At first, the relationship between economic development and clean energy consumption was discussed theoretically. Then the method of Morlet wavelet transform was introduced in detail, and an empirical study was carried out on the basis of it. The results indicate that the development of the Chinese economy has a positive and significant effect on the increased proportion of clean energy consumption. Finally, the thesis draws a conclusion that, with the rapid growth of china economic, clean energy industry will occupy a more important place in the national economy and promote the sustainable development of society.

Abstract: Emerging industry has become a common choice of the multi-national facing financial crisis and achieving sustainable economic development. By summarizing and analizing the advanced experience of foreign emerging industries, we have learned successful experience for our country. As a refernce, the development of new emerging industries and policy making could be improved.

Abstract: In recent years, due to the increasingly cumulative effect of environmental problems caused by the development of resource-based industries, people ascribe the economic development lag brought about by the deformity of economic structure in resource-based regions to resource-based industries. The only way to economic structure optimization and transformation is to compress resource-based industries. After nearly a decade of economic transforming practice as well as under the support and guidance of the macro policy and the active cooperation of local governments, the non-resource-based industry has made considerable progress, while resource-based industry is still on the rise in the proportion of the total economy. This paper will, from the perspective of the economic contribution rate, analyze the contribution of the resource-based industry on our economy from 2003 to 2011 so as to prove the continued steady support of resource-based industry on China's society and economy.

Abstract: This paper took the power grid enterprise as the main perspective, analyzed the impact about external environmental factors of smart grid construction investment, sorted order of key external environmental factors by establishing recognition model based on experts scoring and TOPSIS, in order to provide theoretical and practical basis on making develop investment plans for grid companies, determining the smart grid development policies for government, and establishing appropriate mechanisms with external environmental factors.

Abstract: The modern power systems are typically characterized with renewable energies and smart grids. Their development should be in a coordinated manner. According to the structuring parts of power industry, such as generation, transmission, distribution, consumption and dispatching, this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation system for renewable energy and smart grid coordinate development in "3 levels, 4 parts, 15 targets; put forward a quantitative evaluation method for coordination level between renewable energies and smart grids in China, using analytic hierarchy process, calculate the coordination level in total and for each part. The paper also presents the key fields and priorities for coordinated development.

Abstract: Based on an analysis of the misunderstanding and problems concerning wind power development, this paper summarizes the experiences of coordinated development of wind power and power grids in typical countries, proposes the principles and strategies for the coordinated development of wind power and power grids in China. Technically, bidirectional friendly technologies should be deployed to ensure the security of power system. In regulatory term, a complete and standardized regulatory strategy is key to harmonious interaction among different stakeholders concerning wind development. Incentive policies should be comprehensive, foreseeable and sustainable. Related measures and suggestions for large scale development of wind power in China are put forward.

Abstract: A modified version of the Granger causality test model, within the multivariate framework, proposed by Toda and Yamamoto (1995) was adopted to study the causality between the fossil fuel consumption and real GDP in China for the time period of 1978-2009. The empirical results demonstrated that there exists a negative bi-directional Granger causality between fossil fuel consumption and real GDP. The findings indicate that policies promoting energy conservation and reducing fossil fuel consumption may not necessarily be the obstructive factors to the economic growth in China.

Abstract: Renewable energy quota system (also known as renewable portfolio standard) is a new policy to promote development of renewable energy in the world. The typical pattern of the foreign quota system is studied deeply in this paper at first. Based on this, take Italian quota system policy for example, the Italian electricity system overview and key elements of the Italian quota system policies are analyzed. At last, some useful enlightenment gained from renewable portfolio standard in Italy is given to our country.

Abstract: Refined oil is the base of national industrial, as a class of strategic commodities, it occupies an important position in national economy. In this paper, the elastic coefficient method, trend extrapolation and gray theory prediction model was adopted to forecast sales volume of refined oil based on an example, and each prediction model error was analyzed. Finally based on the three models, a combination forecasting model was established, which each models weight is determined by the relative weights of the error. The combination forecasting method makes error decrease and more accurate. Forecasting methods used in this paper can enhance oil sales volume forecast and improve the overall efficiency of sales system foundation.

Abstract: In recent years, our government and enterprises pay much attention on the new energy power generation, with obtaining the remarkable result. But the development of new energy power generation still has many problems, such as connected-grid, the effect on power system, economic problems, and so on. This paper analyzes the current situation of the developing new energy power generation in China, with finding out the existing problems and influence on the power system. At last, it put forward some countermeasures and suggestions in developing of new energy power generation.
