Abstract: Marine protected area fulfills three key functions in modern conservation: conserving marine biodiversity, maintaining productivity, and contributing to economic and social welfare. Marine biodiversity in marine protected area is very important problem for marine ecology, fisheries management, and conservation biology. Evaluation for value of marine biodiversity and biological structural diversity are discussed in the paper. Sustainable development strategies for Dabijiashan national special marine protected area are investigated.

Abstract: The portable hydrogen fuel cells (PHFCs) are still on the preliminary stage as 3C application products, and the consumers acceptance of such new products and their external variables have yet to be clarified, therefore, this paper adopts the contingent valuation method (CVM) to discuss consumers purchasing intention and estimate the extra willing-to-pay price (WTP price) for PHFCs. Findings indicate that the purchasing intention can be influenced by lifestyles, demand motives, product features and information sources. In addition, the WTP premium of the consumers in whole samples is NT$915.17; the practical consumers - NT$710.81; the taste consumers - NT$1129.46 and the herding consumers - NT$906.25. The research findings are hoped to provide reference for the manufacturers in making strategies, to improve the market competitiveness and acceptability of the products and to achieve the goal of promoting green consumption and sustainable development.

Abstract: Carbon dioxide (CO2) has recently been considered as an alternative geothermal working fluid because of some favourable fluid dynamics and heat transfer properties compared to water. The concept, however, was initially proposed in the context of engineered geothermal systems (EGS). EGS has encountered considerable unfavourable conditions and socio-political issues. Consequently, use of the CO2 sequestration site to recovery geothermal energy may be practical, so called CO2-plume geothermal (CPG) system. We have performed numerical simulations to study non-isothermal multiphase flow processes of CO2 displacing water and behaviour of a CPG system in a low-permeability reservoir. A number of numerical simulations under various geological and pressure/temperature conditions are performed. The objective of this research is to (1) investigate the heat extraction efficiency using supercritical CO2 in comparison with water, (2) evaluate favourable and unfavourable conditions for heat extraction.

Abstract: The article mainly proposed and introduced a new model in port dust control — Dry Cleaning Mode.In Lanshan Port, for example, based on Dry Cleaning Mode connotation, the basic structure of the model were described from the technical and managerial aspects, and its operation mechanism was explained. Practice has proved that the application effect of Dry Cleaning Mode is very significant in port dust control.

Abstract: Hospitality industry in China has undergone a breath-taking development in recent years. However, it is burdened both by tremendous energy consumption and the responsibility of environmental protection. The paper is trying to find out the potential in the energy saving and emission reduction. Energy consumption data, in the recent five years, are collected from more than 20 hotels in Shanghai and other eastern China regions. Through the energy conversion factor matrix, these energy consumption factors can be converted into Tce value. Though the analysis of the Tce value, the paper provides a key solution to the problem at hand and possible ways of realizing the goal of establishing basis of carbon emission assessment modeling and cumulative comprehensive energy consumption database suitable for this industry, in the hope of establishing a foundation for future study of carbon footprint of the hospitality industry and its technical proposal for energy saving.

Abstract: The application of lean construction theory in building green substation was discussed. The study on integration of design-build indicated that the electric power design institute as the general contractor should change the mode of only setting up one secondary organization to manage the engineering, and should improve the management system and change the producing idea. The study on the combination of the last planner system and building the substation indicated that the measures of arranging the work and setting the workload reasonably and enhancing the supply of important resources etc. could increase the Percent Plan Complete of building the substation. At last, the 4-saving and 1-environmental protection measures of green construction of substation were brought out.

Abstract: China's coal enterprises attach great importance to the sustainable development strategy, they also enhance the consciousness of corporate social responsibility, however, performance evaluation management at present has not yet been formed a set of evaluation index system which reflects corporate performance and the coordinated and sustainable development of the environment. Based on this, this paper summarized scholars theory on enterprise performance evaluation and built a coal enterprise performance evaluation system from the perspective of social responsibility; And using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the weight of evaluation; And using comprehensive evaluation to analyze index system, which shows that the firm's ability to decrease cost and increase efficiency in the industry are relatively poor, and the score of noise intensity, green area and solid waste emissions is not good.

Abstract: Construction industry have done great contribution to the development of our economy. And the efficiency problem of energy consumption and energy conservation become prominent. The author makes a brief analysis on the overall development of construction industry in Shaanxi province and a comparative analysis on energy consumption flexibility, energy consumption intensity and energy consumption structure of Shaanxi province and 11 eastern coastal province or municipalities in a horizontal and longitudinal way. The author also put forward some efficient energy conservation measures to achieve the goal of energy conservation.
