Abstract: In order to calculate the carbon footprint of agricultural production on farm, this paper, based on the investigation data of the farmers production, applying carbon footprint model, evaluated the carbon footprint (CF) of spring maize production systems (SMPS) on farm and its production teams in Northeast China Plain. The results were as follows: the CF of SMPS was 863.14.42±104.17 kg CO2e ha-1, in which chemical fertilizer accounted for 44.60%, mechanical operation accounted for 42.96%, seed accounted for 9.96%, and pesticides accounted for about 2.48%, respectively. The CF of SMPS in different production teams were significantly different (P<0.01), 18th production teams was the highest (958.37±81.73 kg CO2e ha-1) and 19th team was the lowest (767.84±45.98 kg CO2e ha-1). The differences of the CF of SMPSR among production teams almost was resulted from nitrous fertilizer using. Therefore, it had the potentiality of emission reduction in the production teams with higher CF. Using a fertilizer-saving way to build a low-carbon agricultural cropping pattern, that is an important way to realize agricultural energy saving and emission reduction of farm in the Northeast China Plain.

Abstract: Low-carbon economy is based on low energy consumption, low pollution, low emission economic model . Through clean production, automobile enterprises start from the source to improve resource and energy efficiency, reduce emissions, increase the utilization of waste and ultimately to conserve resources and protect the environment. Therefore, Through the analysis of input and output factors of clean production on automobile enterprises, this paper constructed input and output index comprehensive evaluation system of the clean production under low-carbon economy and through comprehensive evaluation, automobile enterprises implement effective management, and it can achieve the economic,social and environmental benefits of clean production.

Abstract: On the basis of the calculation of Carbon emissions in Hebei province and Tapio decoupling indicators, this paper has discussed degree of decoupling relationship between economic growth and carbon emissions. The results shows that the decoupling relationship between carbon emissions and economic growth is in weak decoupling in most of the years. Decouple emissions is mainly determined by the energy decoupling. Elasticity of emission reduction and structure made the work face challenges.

Abstract: Based on the elastic decoupling analysis framework, using the IPCC recommended the calculation method of the carbon dioxide and LQ, calculated Tianjin industrial emissions of carbon dioxide from 2000 to 2010.It creatively brings in the industry cluster elastic decoupling factor, builds a new elastic decoupling causality chain and analyzes the relationship among the factors in the chain. It is that Tianjin industrial decoupling elastic strength followed by decoupling industrial cluster elasticity, decoupling emission elasticity, energy decoupling of flexibility. Decoupling of energy consumption flexibility in addition to the 2009-2010 after expanding hook and expand outside connection, is weak. Decouple emission elasticity, except for expansion after 2001 hook, the rest are in strong decoupling or weak decoupling. Industrial cluster elastic appear fluctuation condition, the overall trend to strong decoupling for weak decoupling, industrial concentration degree increases, the industry growth obvious advantages, the scale showed a trend of fluctuations decrease, manifests the high and new technology's influence on the industrial cluster development. According to the results of research, Tianjin industrial low carbon routing and the relevant countermeasures will be promoted.

Abstract: The Carbon emission trading mechanism is an important tool to tackle climate change, promote low-carbon economic development, and facilitate ecological civilization construction. The Carbon emission trading system is set up based on the overall amount control. It controls the greenhouse gas emissions through the marketing mechanism, and reduces the cost of carbon emission control. Through theoretical analyses of the property rights of carbon emission right and the legal relationship of carbon emissions trading ,the theoretical basis for the carbon emissions trading mechanism is established. Currently, the measures to improve the carbon emissions trading mechanisms in China mainly consist of perfecting the trading platform, improving the marketing regulation system, promoting legislations of the total amount control of carbon emissions and the initial allocation of carbon emissions right so as to realize the optimal environmental capacity allocation of carbon emissions.

Abstract: China's CO2 emissions from 1990 to 2010 were calculated as well as two economical models were established, and the relationship between carbon dioxide emissions, economic growth, foreign direct investment (FDI) and export trade was analyzed. The result shows that the relations between China's carbon emissions and GDP showing the "N" type. Economic growth and export trade had significantly promoted China's carbon emissions, while the relations between FDI and China's carbon emissions are not significant. During the past years, exports have played an important role in promoting china's economic development. However, the main exporting industries are energy and emission intensive, which reveals disadvantage for carbon reduction. To reverse the negative impact of the export to china's carbon dioxide emissions, export structure should be optimized, and the outdated technology, equipment and products should be eliminated, while energy-conservative and environmental friendly industries should be promoted.

Abstract: Green marketing (GM) involves not only in enterprises, consumers, but also in the government in precondition of both environment and ecological security friendly. Free Trade Area (FTA) has increased trade dramatically among China and other Great Mekong Subregion (GMS) countries since 2000. GM concept, strategies and methods should be promoted and embodied in FTA trade practice among China and other GMS countries. This paper will introduce GM and ecological security concepts and methods, challenges for ecological security in GMS, articulate suggestions how GMS countries to improve ecological security status in order to safeguard ecological security in the region.

Abstract: Some packaging used in current domestic market has caused not only certain environmental pollution, but also waste of resources. The green logistics and packaging proposed recently can protect the environment and curb wasting of resources. Additionally, it can improve international competiveness of goods and facilitate the sustainable and harmonious development of economy and environment. However, the overall execution of green logistics and packaging policies is hindered by Chinese consumer's lack in the knowledge of green logistics and packaging, the unsound legal system related, absence of technical talents in the area, shortage of green packaging supply and other factors. Therefore, this discussion is conducted on the influential factors of green packaging, green packaging structure, and green packaging design by enterprises and government, influences of green logistics, consumers' consuming awareness and behaviors, and other aspects, to study the nationwide practice of green logistics and packaging policy for its practice and development.
